Hi Brian, another (probably) daft question. With the Tucson PHEV is there a way of pre-heating, Im thinking more to warm the battery up, but any way would do. Thanks.
It doesn’t appear to be possible on Tucson Phev, the electric vehicles have more scope for pre-heating where the plug-in functions are more around scheduled charging only , thanks for watching!
Unfortunately it looks like it doesn’t so when you are setting it, it tells you that the target temperature will be achieved when the cable is connected during off-peak times !
My wife and I just bought two new Kona EV's and both NEW vehicles don't have heat. the heat doesn't work and Hyundai has no idea how to fix it. They sold us the second car because they couldn't fix the heat in the first one! Then the second brand new EV has no heat. @hyundai needs to do some better quality control. I will never buy another Hyundai and neither should you!
