INGREDIENTS :
Half cup of Egushi/Akatoa/Melon seed
1 cup Black eye pea beans
3 pounds bags of baby spinach/ kontomire
1 medium onion
Habanero pepper( to your taste)
1 fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomatoe paste( Optional)
Fresh Fish( cooked and deboned)- use smoked mackerel, sardines, tin or canned fish, you can use any protein of your choice
Meat (beef)
Salt to taste
Seasoning cube or powder( just a little)
Shrimp or herring powder(optional)
Eggs(optional)
Vegetable Oil ( Palm oil is another substitute)
Salted fish( koobi or Mɔmɔme)
TO SEASON MEAT
Ginger powder
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Seasoning powder or cube of choice
