How to make strawberry cake with cream cheese
Cream cheese on the cake:
butter 25 grams ( room temperature)
Cream cheese 150 grams
Sugar 1/4 cup
1 egg ( room temperature)
Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon
flour 1/5 tbsp
*Strawberry sponge cake:
eggs 3
Sugar 150 grams
Oil 40 grams
Milk 80 grams
180 grams of flour
Baking powder 1 tbsp
3 tablespoons of boiling water
Vanilla 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for top of cake:
Strawberry
almonds
Sugar powder
The size of the template is 20 cm
Baking temperature:
Electric oven 160 degrees Celsius
Gas oven 180 degrees Celsius
Cooking time is 40-50 minutes
(your oven temperature may be different from mine, check with a wooden skewer after 40 minutes)
