So, ever since I was 12, now 18, I have been so traumatized at how people explained birth, the stories I heard about birth in a hospital were horrific, but as I listened it sounded like something was wrong, like the doctors had no clue what they're doing, but when I found this channel, I cannot believe how good God is for taking my fear away, these videos make me feel so relaxed, and hopefully one day, I will have a baby following these wonderful steps, thank you so much❤❤❤

I know this is the most helpful and i have been learning a lot, baby boy is due in May, however, where i live (Philippines) there's no such thing as mother-lead pushing, everything is dictated by the midwife or doctor that with be attending, and you will be labeled as a difficult person if you go out of your way to give them your birth plan. Private or public hospitals and birthing/lying in clinics are the same😢. However, i am bringing with me my birth plan and a spokesperson for when i am going to the hospital, hopefully they will grant it. Please pray for me

38weeks plus, 1cm dilated and said that the station of my baby is already low so my OB told me to stop workout and just do the walking. Thank you for the videos. Hopefully the progress is fast

Thank you for all your wonderful videos...i am 35 weeks pregnant... In all of your video you talk about the breathing, you mostly mentioned, " once you are fully dilated". I just wanted to say that during my first pregnancy, i was only 5 cm dilated and then they had to cut me...I don't know how it's going to be this time... So could you say something about the breathing if someone is not fully dilated.. thank you so much in advance 🙏🌟🌈

In ospedale ti trattano come numeri.

Hi I've watched some of your video which you are teaching to hold breath while pushing. Which one is really better? Thank you

@@AC-iw5mv yep I agree. It just makes your body tense up and it’ll make the pain worse

@@AC-iw5mvthat would be my natural assumption as well! Not holding but breathing

I typically don't recommend the E vowel sound because it can cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract in my experience.

I keep hearing you talking about “laboring down”, but what does that mean?

So do we actually need to push, like if we are pooping? Or just breathe and no need to push?
