I blew out my back the other week and the gym I go to had one of these laying around. My coach told me to lay ontop of it on my lower back. I put all my weight on it. Painful as hell at first but this is insane. From a blown out back and in two days using this, most of my back pain was COMPLETELY GONE. I would pay $100 dollars for this. This is seriously a life saver. If you lift, or are an athlete of any sort, you NEED THIS! Thanks for the awesome demos guys, nice work

Since 18 suffered from lumbar pain. Chiropractor work for years have up and medicated. This is going on my want list. Hope it works

Does releasing a muscle actually cause it to become more flexible, or does it just make it feel more relaxed? I'd like to stretch out my Psoas, but typical Psoas stretches hurt my lower back due to my scoliosis. I'd like to find a way to stretch my psoas without having to put my back or hips into too much hyperextension...

Hey guys! Yes there is an adjustable version available on Amazon. It isn’t made by Pso Rite however. Just bought my Pso Rite device for $39.99 in red (other colors twice the price).

Wish this was about 3 inches taller, I have an extremely bad psoas, with a professional they can get it, the psi-rite doesn’t get deep enough, if the jack knobber 2 was twice as tall as it is currently I think it would be the perfect device
