Ramp trucks back and forth, nothing beats watching you do your sheet metal magic. To be able to constructively beat up a piece of flat metal, to end with something not only aesthetically pleasing, but also meticulously fitting is so way beyond me, I can only watch in awe.

I fully agree. Personally I have been viewing the growth of the site almost we very video. That sure is what you channel grew on and that's what drew me to your channel. However I enjoy every moment of every thing which is shown. I have also like others been aware of those items whish have been put on the back shelf or fallen behind. I guess that progress is in motion. Many thanks for all the makings, effort and everything which yourself, Elio and others have an input.

I have been watching you videos for a long time and have always enjoyed them but this video for some reason I completely understood the way you explained how you were moving the metal. It clicked in my head. It’s hard to explain but I have always enjoyed fabrication work, have owned a custom chopper shop, but this video made me understand more than anything else I have seen. Thank you.

This kind of content is exactly what I love. I certainly enjoy all of your videos but this is particularly great. I have a project that just fell in my lap to make a liquor cabinet entirely clad in brass sheet. Loads of shape. If I were two section the brass sheet the welds lines will be a mismatch color. So each door has to be formed from one single sheet. So this is great content for me. Keep it coming!

Karl, that's your wheelhouse! You are fantastic at metal work so just rock it! We still LOOOOOOOOVE builds like the zephyr as it is a lot of metal work! I personally would still love to see how either ech or both of you and Mr. Bennet would build a hallock style or Duvall style windshied!! Once I see that then I'll start bugging ya about making a custom CEO but something classy that's never been around like a Packard COE or a Lincoln COE or a Cadillac COE!!!

I look at this, and wish I had this level of skill, but JC…it’s like ‘how to build a piano from scratch’. I will NEVER develop my skills to that level. Know thyself. But if I can cut in a rust repair panel without it looking wonky or using 15 gallons of Bondo, I’ll consider myself successful. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome to watch a master. But I am ham handed and can not grasp the pebble. You are the man!

Im impressed how you got that done.yes , i wold have never achieved that in one piece. My amateur skills lead me to use duct tape, and pile on a couple layers then peel it off and slit tape to lay it flat. I used to cut out where there was metal showing and shape and weld. Now it would indicate where shrinks would be. Looking forward to the 2 piece panel video.

For clarification, Closed Captions miss-spelled '"Cleco" as "cleos". Cleco Fasteners - Temporary Rivets Originally developed by the Cleveland Pneumatic Tool Company, temporary cleco fasteners are a fast and easy method of holding sheets together for drilling and permanent riveting or before final cut and final fitting. Hope this helps. Thanks for great tutorial!
