I have a problem losing my genshin account. Previously I created a genshin account using email then I connected it to the hoyoverse. Then a few months ago when I wanted to log in there was a notification that your account password or username was not registered... Does anyone have any advice or information about the problem I'm having?
Someone couldn't play the game for a month and when she tried to enter the game was log out. She logged in with her gmail like allways but she got a new UID and the game was from the begining with Unkoun God story but she logged with her gmail. What can she do to get her account back? Genshin doesent respond to the email.
I've tried many times to recover my account. I need to update my security settings but I can't cause i don't have the access to the old email bind and I don't remember it. They said that they're unable to prove my account ownership. I need help
My genshin account got hacked due to my stupidity but I got it back in 3 days. Be as elaborate as possible when adding the additional notes or information. Here's what I added I added the number of times my display name and picture was changed The 5stars I had, their pity, the date i recieved them and whether it was from standard banner or character banner and whether I won or lost the 50/50. Also added my highest record in spiral abyss, the unique achievements I had and the easy achievement that I didn't do. Plus the number of breaks(more than 15 days) I took in genshin. These all details helped me to retrieve my genshin account faster. Thank you Bao Pham and Hoyoverse support team for helping me.

My form got rejected too sadly. I have this problem where i can't sign in to my gmail back because it needs my old number. And that number was long lost, I can't retrieve it back of course. I already told my issue to Hoyoverse. Filled their form, but guess what ? I got rejected by them. My account was so precious and i need to get it back. Hhhh..
Okay so, i deleted genshin cause of glitch (no sound in the game) it happened before so i wasn't worried but when i reinstalled it, it put me in the asia server (im on eu) so when i switch to eu, it said something like data cant be shared to servers something like that. Does that mean my game restarted? I played the game before i uninstalled it to check if there was a sound and there wasn't so i uninstalled. And now its downloading resources but its taking forever, before i uninstalled it says the same thing but it was much faster. So does that mean my game is has been restarted?
please help! i have question. i already try this and submitted the form first time but when im trying to submit it, it fail bc the verification code got expired an dthey asked me to go back home and try again. i tried again but submission failed again bc they said i already submitted a request even tho i havent yet. now i cant submit anymore bc they said “too frequent/too many requests atm” and the biggest problem is i forgot the case no. if im gonna try again, is it okay if i just say this is the first time im requesting for my account retrieval?

Hopefully this works as one day i decided to log into my friends Star rail account to do their dailies and when i tried getting back into mine the way i logged in had a whole other account logged into and i lost my account that was pretty good and id hate to restart everything with different characters. I even tried other log in emails and third parties i use to make an account and it wasnt connected to any of them. Even if this doesn't work for me this video was very useful.
@Sarapadi-0306 yeah I actually did. It took from what I can remember lile 3 days before I got it back. Although I did give a lot of info on what I had cuz I had really good memory on what I had on my account.

@defflex9845 Edit : for the issue I just put "lost ownership from account due to email being erased or lost." I put my characters levels + eidelons, who I had showing up on my profile, what world level thingy I was, when I joined, who I had as support and the amount i spent from my online receipts.
i think its useless cause if you forgot the first log in or creation of your account they will rejected your report even though you have all reciepts and pictures of your acc the hoyo security is not helpful

Quick question, so a few months ago I lost access to my email address log in on google, basically the email that was linked to my Honkai account got deleted on google, so I emailed hyv but it still says the email is linked. I finally got one of those forms and filled it out, I put the estimated date from when I started Honkai Impact but I don’t have any top up receipts. I just want to re-link a new email but it still wants top up purchase proof and I’m worried I won’t ever get access to my original account again.

Can someone please help me? A few months ago I had to delete HSR because I was low on storage, but just today downloaded it again on my 2nd phone so I could play again. i lost my acc because i was playing in playstation and i was using my brother's psn acc because it will ask for a hoyoverse acc. so i made a new email that i completely forgot any details of. then i thought none of it until my brother's psn got logged out i dunno how, so i made my own psn account and i tried to link my own psn account to my hoyoverse account, until i discovered that the progress was not transfered and my account was lost forever.

What would happen if you forgot your username and the email that you linked to your account? You remember your password what character you have and what level you are but you forgot your username and the account you linked

This happened a few minutes ago. I decided to make a new account since I was bored in Genshin and once I logged back in to my original account, all the data was lost. I also noticed that the password this time was different. Idk if someone hacked my account (which is VERY LESS LIKELY) since I have never shared any details from my account to anyone + only my friends know my UID. Hoping I get it back
Update!: I got my account back with this method although it was actually linked to another email of mine (Idk how this happened but hey, I got it back). I also got a response just within the day. Some tips for yall is to make sure to be detailed as possible. Some stuff I said that (possibly) helped me were - All the 5 stars I have (if you play on multiple servers in one account, I also recommened to mention the details of your account in theother server ur playing in) - If you've ever won the 50/50 and in which banner. - First and last 5 star that you got - The characters in your current team (I also added in which order they were placed in my team) - I also sent some pictures/screenshots I took when I was playing the game so make sure you have a couple of screenshots saved, it'll really come in handy You can also add the date of when you joined but that's all for me. Just remember to elaborate as much as possible + add detailed info. Anyways, tysm. This rlly helped me!
@@chocolat2220 oh, the pics I sent were just screenshots/pics of mine in game. If you don't have any pic saved in your gallery then that's completely fine! Just be as detailed as you can about your acc to prove that you rlly are the owner. Good luck! Hope u get it back soon!

i mean idk how to answer you, you just have to eat shit and skip the question. I'd try my best to find the first date tho, that's a core question. Whether it's thru discord screenshots, approximation, checking in game files, checking date of install on apple store or google play store

IT WORKS!! It took 4 days for me 12 hours took them to reply my first email Another 12 hours for them to email me the account recovery form And waiting for 3 days until they inform me that i got my acc back. Thanks a lot man

@@sara_sol i didn't get it back... so i just like abandoned the acc and created a new one, just try and use a number that tells you its the date you joined, you might get it back that way, but for me unfortunately no
This forum just does not work. I swear you can provide all the true informations and very small details of your account and the chances of you getting it back is still alot smaller than you never being able to get it back. Does Hoyo even care about about it? Or retrieving your account is also a gacha?
uh ive heard bad things about it on r/genshinhacked but ive managed to get like 3 accounts back on 3 separate occassions even with some spotty answers. I think there's definitely something missing or something you're answering wrong but maybe it's just bad luck
@@BaoPham2 Even so, I've provided the Purchase number PICTURES OF THE PURCHASE, and even told them what 5 stars I got, in what order I got them, and what time I got the 5 star (on some). The other questions I'm sure I got a good answer on, it's just crazy how hoyo's dumb enough to think I'm still not the owner of the account

I’ve lost my account to Twitter. The day I logged out of my Genshin account to sign into a new one I was permanently suspended on Twitter without any explanation. I’ve tried numerous times to file appeals and I can’t change any information because of the suspension. I haven’t gotten a single response from them for any hope of accessing my account. I’ve tried filling in as much information as I could about my account a few days ago, but after contacting Hoyo my request was rejected. It’s been over half a year since I’ve been locked out from it. If anyone has any suggestions or input about my issue, words can’t describe how thankful I am for any help
Update: I tried filling out another forum with more info and today it just got rejected again. If there’s really anyone out there with any advice on what I’m doing wrong I’d be so thankful
i'd suggest contacting the developer and seeing if they can confirm your account though your device ID. because they collect all of your phones info. so they might be able to recover your account through that. i'm going to try it today because i lost my star rail account from an update. it wasnt linked with any 3rd part, so i might be screwed.
