Could you do a video on some vocal processing that would work in Reason 7 or Logic X. I have recorded some female vocals and don't really know how to EQ them or how much compression etc to add to get a polished professional sound. Any tips and tricks would be great in a video (what frequencies to boost or cut - know this depends on the vocal). Thanks

your tutorial helped me allot in setting it up thanks! i just cant figure out how to change the velocity of the notes i record from reason into logic the velocity options in piano roll in logic have no effect at all on reasons dr octo rex drums can someone help me out with this please??

niiiiice 1 @piffery Goodz. Also Guys remember to restart logic after you make the initial changes to accomodate Reason. If you don't Reason will show your audio card ONLY and not Rewire slave mode.

The tempo change in Logic X when Reason is opened- reverting to the 120 default of Reason. Is manually adjusting in Logic X the only solution?

Still can't record anything in Logic because there's apparently no sound coming through the master channel. Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for this. what about Automation? I have Reason 7 but I haven't bought LPX yet. Do the Combinators map easily to the Smart Controls? Currently as far as I know Reason device parametes don't show in Logic automation menus, just the CC numbers so you have to look up mappings yourself in the Midi CC chart. I don't think this has changed with LPX? I know Ableton Live is meant to show parameter names)

Hey! thanks for the video! Really enjoyed it. When I bring up Reason after Logic is opened. The Reason hardware interface in green does not say "Rewire Slave Mode". It has the name of my hardware interface which says "audiofire2885" instead. How do I make it go to Rewire Slave Mode if it is says the name of my external hardware audio interface? Thanks.

I'm trying to use Reason 7 to record directly (live) into Logic X. Is this possible? So basically there is an audio effects plugin chain that I really like in Reason. I would like to route that into Logic As I Sing or Rap or whatever. Problem is I can't hear the effects from Reason in Logic unless I've recorded the vocals first then route into Logic X as rewire aux. It would just save lots of time I think if I could just use Reason as a vocal effects Pre Chain as I go into logic and track each vocal track. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance!

When I rewire Reason 7 in Logic Pro X sometimes when editing midi inside of Logic from Reason sometimes the notes hang/get stuck which is very annoying have you ever comes across this and do you know a permanent fix if there is one?
