Lol! Every time I use brown sugar in anything I think of that movie and have to say “we’re just here to borrow a cup of brown sugggaaa...” lol! Thanks for stopping by brother!
I do love my blackstone griddle! You will love yours as well, just can not wait to see what you all cook up on yours! XOXOX Have a great day my friend XOXO Happy cooking but better yet happy eatings!!!!!
Man I'm laughing and man I'm old... That old commercial "This is your brain on drugs" Pink princess plates, cups, bowls. Hahaha I have them all for my lil girl. Non match but she has her cartoons Lastly thanks for posting the seasoning instruction. I just picked one up and will be used this weekend.
The newer version with rear grease discharge is SOoooo much better than the forward discharge model!!! Had both on table top and 36”!!! Definitely best decision so far by blackstone!!! The first generation 36” forward angle grease trap system SUCKS!!! Gave mine away once they came out with rear hole discharge!!!
CJ Watched your very good seasoning video. I may not have seasoned mine correctly When I make pancakes, toasted cheese or hash browns the grease soaks in so nothing is edible . I don't add extra oil I only did as directions and heated two times when I first brought it home. . Have I ruined it and is it fixable?
June Boucher hey thank you. I would think maybe give it a good hard cleaning, maybe even with a little fine grit sandpaper. And then flow the directions in this video and re-season it. That may do the trick.
Beau Alexander very cool! Get a good hard spatula. I actually use a putty blade from the paint section at Home Depot. It works great to smash and flip burgers. And great as a scraper.
HEY!!!! I was just researching the 17 inch Blackstone and ran across this video. I did not know you had one. So after all this time what is your opinion? Do you use it a lot? Any cons to it? Do you miss the grill taste since it's a griddle?
I like it. I use it like once a week or every two weeks or so. Looking back, I probably would have gotten the 22 inch, because I have a big family. But the 17inch works just fine. And I think it's going to be great for camping. And I don't miss the grill taste, cause I know I'm cooking on a griddle, so it's not a big deal. I would recommend getting one for sure. And hey I have a link below for you to get one too... LOL Cheers!
@@CookingWithCJ Ok thanks. That is helpful, particularly the size. It's just me, my wife and 11 yr old here, with the occasional guest or two or get together for a boxing match or football game. But mostly us three. I'm thinking of getting the 17.
Who is this chick ? Hi Charlie you stud ! We all know Charlie is the eye candy in this video ! Blackstone is looking good ! Oh, just great, I start a diet and you start making breakfast! Not cool CJ !....lol ! #feed that pup!
