How to send Automatic Birthday / Anniversary Email using a Power Automate Cloud Flow

In this video you I will demonstrate how to send an automatic birthday greeting email to employees in your Organization using #PowerAutomate.
In addition to the standard flow I will create a super efficient version of the flow which will take much less time to execute by using an oData filter on the date of birth column.

In my HTTP request to SharePoint, if I use the Birthday column it works, but if I use the HireDate column I receive a bad gateway error. Any ideas why?

will it be possible if I want to use day wise background poster in email likewise on Monday-use Poster-1 in mail on Tuesday- poster 2 and so on. Also I want to put individual passport size photo in email, if Paul is having bday today then in email it would be background Poster and his small photo on the poster at bottom left corner. Can we do this, Please guide me.

Great video, and thanks for sharing it. With that in mind, I'd like to know if someone could help me since I'm trying to make the HTTP call the Flow starts running and works once but then when I tried to run it again just gets stuck, the clock that appears when the flow is running turns "yellow" and that's it after a while running just failed, error message appears Flow run timed out. Please try again.. Any suggestion or idea? since it worked fine once ......

Hi! I will try this tutorial soon, I was wondering…for example one of my client’s bday is April 21. Does this mean (of course if I put in all the info and follow the tutorial) that my client will automatically get a birthday email (without me even opening my computer that day)???

Works perfectly except one issue. Images from SharePoint gets disappeared after few minutes from outlook desktop and mobile. Image displaying only in web mail.

Thx Paulie, appreciate your insights!!! I have a field on my list which seems it is an object ("Display Name" - people registered in my organization), thus when I bring it through "request to HTTP" and Parse JSON, I cannot later on in my flow an "Create item" onto another list as another object. When it comes as "Get items", I have no problem. Could your give me a hand? Thx!!! and very helpful!

I've a query, I've created an employee group mail so that I don't need to select all employees in Cc so how can I add that group mail in Cc along with the Birthday Person, and do I need to configure these settings from the 365 Admin Centre?? Please suggest
