sincerely appreciate this video. i know a lot of people in the eastern part of the world sit on the floor so i know my back hurting while i sit on the floor isn't normal. all i had to do was follow your advice to lean forward a bit and my back feels tremendously better

@@posturechiro yes I watched it thanks but it tells about only one posture..i tried but its bit difficult to maintain for 8 hrs .my back became stiff by just sitting upright 🥲

The easiest way of Sitting on the floor is the way no one sits or talks about that is Putting one leg completely above the other.This is the way I have been sitting from my childhood but I don’t see many people sit like that.But it’s very easy.

So how about if you can't maintain the natural curve naturally. What tight muscles are making my lower back rounded as I sit and what stretches can I do to loosen those muscles so I can sit on the floor with a natural curve

I have mild disc bulge in L4-L5-S1 region.. Its been five months and I am able to walk and stand without pain.. I sit on the chair in neutral position for sometime without pain.. My question is when will I be able to sit on the floor without the fear of bulgingy discs again ? When can I restart sitting on the floor ? Please guide me

Hi, unfortunately its impossible to know without examining you in person but generally start with a very short period of time. I'm not sure if you have a chiropractor or physiotherapist but an in person health care practitioner would be valuable to ensure you avoid reinjury.

Noticed sitting on the floor for long periods getting more painful after age 30, despite it being the normal routine of childhood. It was disappointing. It's a real problem for wood working.
