Important to note: B1 increases demand for B2, but adding B2 may not do anything if there is an underlying iodine, selenium, and/or molybdenum deficiency. As most are iodine deficient and unaware of it, adding iodine-iodide such as Iodoral can be extremely helpful. Very important to check into this, as iodine (as well as selenium and molybdenum) is necessary to activate B2. A B1 therapy "crash" can be avoided or fixed by having enough of these other important cofactors.

I Recently went carnivore and saw some improvement but then after 1 week many of my symptoms worsened (muscle/joint pain, digestion) which after watching your videos I understand as oxolate dumping. Following you then led me to your all your detailed Thiamine information and my symptoms fit that, I have been chronically constipated for decades and have used enemas to manage it. Fibromyalgia symptoms have worsened since having the flu/covid several months ago. Many symptoms fit your B1 description, looking forward to trying it!

It is because of your information I found in 2021, I started to take B1...I believe along with omegas, increasing red meat, try to reduce stress and homeopathy my health "feeling" has improved in digesting carbs better. Sally Norton and you also opened my eyes to oxalates which I cut out of my diet by 80%! What an improvement. Thank you so much.
@Juznik1389
@Juznik1389 Год назад
100%, I didn't think about oxalates when I started eating ancestrally. But now when I've cut out the high oxalate fruit and berries, I've noticed how the cells could start dumping what they had stored. Now I'm also going for B1. Going to be interesting seeing if I feel ay difference. I've eaten too many carbs in my previous years without any good supplementation of B-vitamins
@dprice81
@dprice81 Год назад
@@Juznik1389 carbohydrates are the body's preferred energy source, ketones don't work as effectively. Carbohydrates also lower cortisol, the body's stress hormone (as does magnesium and B12) Ditching carbs is a bad idea as long as you're not getting all your carbs from junk food. What's a better idea instead is to make sure you have all the right minerals and enough glycine to properly metabolise and use sugar properly. Sugar metabolism needs enough copper, magnesium, chromium, zinc, and sunshine. Glycine is made internally at 3g but a study found 15 g is needed if recycling glycine properly and possibly as high as 36 if not recycling it well. The average person gets 3-5g in their diet leaving everyone with a shortage of 7-9 grams and worse if poor recycler or bad genes that are preventing internally making of glycine by the body. You can either get extra glycine from bone broth, jello, or gelatin supp or just get some glycine powder. Not a doc. As always use caution and do own research

OMG! I just found this channel and started looking into it recently. I had what I could only imagine was fibromyalgia (never DX) but had pain EVERYWHERE didn't even want to wake up and get out of bed most days, and had brain fog and fatigue. Started eating No Sugar No Grain and taking the recommended brand B vitamin (thiamine), magnesium-threonate, and normal vitamin D and most of the pain went away. Went from a constant 7-8/10 to an intermittent 2-3/10, disk issues are there but don't prevent me from living. Now I feel like I'm in my 20's. There are channels that are good and then there are channels that are a public service, this is the latter. I got into Health Food in the 1970s when I was in junior high school and the first book that I bought was Carl Bragg's book who was Jack LaLanne's mentor and got Jack LaLanne well because he was sick. Along the way I have realized that stresses cause your body to use up several vitamins and nutrients and you may not know this and are suffering because you're eating Comfort foods high in sugars and are processed with terrible ingredients added including the incorrect types of vitamins and mineeals which make it worse. I just ran onto this guy's videos but I've been watching Dr Eric Berg's videos on RU-vid for quite a while and I suggest you check him out too.

Can HARDLY believe I am STRONGLY considering this usage. After all I KNOW that mega-dosing big pharmas so-called vitamin C has caused massive deaths from cancer world-wide in spite of how many claim it is just wonderful for the common cold, etc. Linus Pauling, wife Ava, and their GP doctor were the first THREE to megadose such...all of them passed away from CANCER from what their program was doing to their bodies. Yet here I am STRONGLY considering using this guys protocol in the video, something I have known about for around 3-4 years now or so. Makes me wonder if I will get lucky on this one. Strange world we all live in let me add. I can imagine SOME of you may be clueing in a little bit about how this works, after all Linus was BRILLIANT at one time, his FOUNDATION he left also is very favorable towards megadosing big pharmas B1. Yet they still have zero clue about how Linus killed both himself and wife, and doctor on his advice (with cancer). They STILL promote his absolutely deathly rich industrialist mindset that is ENSCONCED in megadosing a horrible made in a lab chemical like made from GMO corn vitamin C. Also I CLAIM THIS CLEARLY knowing what is contained in the CLINICAL GUIDE TO THE USE OF VITAMIN C by Dr. Klenner. I know it can be used to save lives according to that manual. Yet still what I have claimed very CLEARLY by connecting all the dots I have about Linus, and crew dying from cancer from the same POT of ideas STANDS. I would LOVE it if some of the more knowledge-able doctors on these topics COULD understand at least some of my words...seems like they are too busy with their businesses (money) more than the HEART of the matter...and that truly disappoints me because I am RARELY extremely a good person per se...yet in this area I appear as an utter saint compared to any greed-monger for sure!@@honobuyonezawa2054

B12 definitely is depleted by heavy alcohol use...the symptoms of B12 depletion are breathlessness, feeling cold in tge extreme, feeling very anxious and getting nerve pain and very often bad lower back pain. There's some very interesting research and practical use of high doses of vit C and B12 and other vitamins in rehabilitation centres in Germany. Once people got all the vit and mineral deficiencies sorted they found the craving for alcohol went away.. The mental aspects of addiction are another side of any addiction issues too but at least if you can get your body deficiencies corrected first it will make you stronger and able to deal with the mental aspects in time. Best of luck in your journey.

I've had severe fibromyalgia for 37 years and really appreciate how you call it what it really seems to be, dysautonomia. Before seeing your videos and due to neuropathy, I have been taking 150 mgs. Benfotiamine for several years with no change. I recently raised it to 600 mgs. and it helped my neuropathy some. I raised it to 1,200 mgs. and that is helping the depression, and I would do just about anything to ease that, since it is far worse than my worst physical symptoms. The problem is that my neuropathy was originally caused by B6 toxicity from taking a B50 complex that was prescribed for me. B6 does build up in the body, unlike the other B vitamins, and I have been told by the neurologist to never, ever take more than the RDA of B6 again. She told me she wished she had a dollar for every case of B6 poisoning she'd treated that year! It took a year of severe insomnia and other symptoms for the pain to even become bearable, and I am afraid to take B complex again, but realize I cannot continue to take such high doses of thiamine without taking the whole B complex also. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what did you do to handle it?

I have been writing in these forums for years about something I just did again here. Very little knowledge on any of these topics I have asked for has been forthcoming...instead all I basically got was attacking and disbelieved. I wish you well in seeking your answers for this question. I am quite sure that you will do better than I have in the past. Hopefully now that I have put a new POST above under the video I can get some more data to assist in making good choices. Basically it IS SIMILAR to your request in that it is casting suspicion on many of BIG PHARMAS practices, highlighting in specific how megadosing something like artificial vitamin C (often made from GMO corn now) caused the demise of the first THREE practitioners of such from cancer which were Linus Pauling, his wife, and their GP doctor. Of coarse the foundation of the same name (Pauling Inst.) claims that megadosing C & B1 are beneficial. If someone wants to state that clearing away a common cold in the short term is worth dying from snowballing massive cancer formations as per the usual, I would state DO MORE RESEARCH about long term effects obviously. You should start with the deaths of the first THREE adherents. So the FACT that big pharma has a lot to answer for in the deaths of these three is clear...yet ON THE OTHER SIDE of the coin there is also something known as THE CLINICAL GUIDE TO THE USE OF VITAMIN C, a short free online book written by a Dr. Klenner basically. In that manual you can learn how to SAVE lives with big pharmas artificial vitamin C made in a lab. So remember I know BOTH sides of this situation...I doubt that the wonderful doctor in the video above who seems to be so super helpful to others even knows HALF of one of the sides...that is where I am at now...yet I am SLIGHTLY desperate, so NUTTY as I am I am even considering taking a chance on high B1...yet there is a part of me that it just rubs the wrong way...like there has to be some kind of long term desasterous thing this more or less white coat in the video (oenutition) is promoting IMO...believe me I wish it were otherwise! Honestly world is garbage enuf with all the nonsense, how about just this once we get lucky and the guy in the video is actually doing OTHER than people like Linus pauling was (causing people to die basically in the long term). I really hope for some BENEFIT for everyone here, I honestly do, things could use some GOOD change for us all :)

I was just wondering what form of b6 you were taking? I have neuropathy in my feet that developed from a bad reaction to a blood pressure medication years ago. I took various b complex vitamins not realizing the pyridoxine form of b6 can be harmful but that the form pyridoxal 5 phosphate is safe and shouldn’t cause this issue. I take the Thorne brand which is good quality. Do some research on this type of b6 and see if it is helpful. Take care.

@meagiesmuse2334 11 месяцев назад
@@nclibrarian8766- I studied Naturopathy, so I knew to take only the P5P form of B6, but still was not taught that Vit. B6 is not flushed out like other B vitamins, and the Neurologist who diagnosed my B6 poisoning told me. Also, if you have any MTHFR gene mutations it can build up to dangerous levels, along with B9 if it's in folic acid form. I have 2 mutations, and there are 4 of them in total. 60% of people have at least one. People with fibromyalgia seem to have at least 2 of them. The B Complex I was told to take had 50 mgs. of each B vitamin. The Neurologist told me never to take more than the RDA of B6 again, which I believe is about 2 mgs. When I developed neuropathy, I was taking the prescribed brand 3 x daily as prescribed for Lyme, or 150 mgs. of B6 per day. When tested, my B6 level was more than 5 times over the upper end of normal. If I had it to do over, I would try Standard Process, since they use the natural forms in tiny amounts. Now, I use an SL form of B complex which is only a bit above the RDA and I cut them in half. I'm glad the P5P is working for you without issues.

If you are worried about the b6 in b-complex supplements,just buy your other b vitamins separately and don't take any b6. I had a similar situation and I just started buying my b vitamins separately and taking them that way without any b6. Also,the p5p form of b6 can be a safer option as it has less of a chance of becoming toxic.

Start with 10mg of B1 a day and build up to 100mg. But make sure his getting enough magnesium!! spray him with magnesium chloride each night and watch how his heart keeps its pace. I had this issue it really helps. My arrhythmias are much less too. And get him a UVB lamp for reptiles. I bath myself under it and make my own vitamin D ;) It’s needed for magnesium to work believe me . Get him plenty of potassium too. Avocados and bananas are awesome. But blend him 30g of hemp seeds too and make a smoothie for him and he’ll get 200mg or Magnesium from that alone. Plus 3000mg of omega 3! Give him a tablespoon or brewers yeast per day too. That’ll provide him with very bioavailable B vitamins..

@@Bait1official This is brilliant and so very welcome THANK YOU !! I appreciate the time taken to write to me. He already takes B1, not too sure of the quality we have here in SA, but he takes 100mg three times weekly. He needs to take many other supplements like magnesium chloride which he sprays twice daily covering his legs and arms and also takes a very drops internally. He also takes iodine twice weekly, selenium, D3 & K2 twice weekly, Vit C everyday, sole solution, and potassium chloride and Rosita Cod liver oil. Just small pinches of potassium chloride because I’m fearful of taking too much of this. Furthermore we’ve been paleo/Keto for about 10 years and progressed to carnivore about two years ago which has made a huge difference. My husband has daily chronic stress and pressures. I think this is the main contributor to his loss of muscle mass. His weight remains the same but past six years he has lost so much muscle mass that he is quite fragile and looks way older than he actually is. His arrthymias were terrible about a year ago but the increase magnesium and potassium has sorted that out. I will definitely recommend that he gets a UVB lamp! I think brewers yeast tends to cause his Candida to flare up which carnivore diet and mineral supplementation has sorted out. He doesn’t do well eating veggies nor fruit so I believe his gut still needs some healing probably exacerbated by the stress. I will keep you posted regarding your other suggestions. Diagnosed with barely controllable asthma, then got body slammed by a ninety pound dog who broke my ankle- totally-and required a heart check up before surgery where I found out the left flap isn’t closing properly. So I’ve added CoQ10 which is included in my whole food vitamin but it doesn’t say how much. I tried high doses of quercetin when i was told it would relieve allergy symptoms but cut back to regular dosage when it didn’t help the congestion, I take it to get the zinc (balanced with copper) into the receptors and block the spike and I take NAC and Bromelain to kill the spike-Bromelain also helped with the swelling of the broken ankle and an extra magnesium seemed to help against the pain because I refused to take that oxy whatever that the surgeon prescribed although I did white knuckle it for a few days. I also take D3 & K2m7 and Lipasomal Vitamin C almost a G when I don’t have oranges or grapefruits. The Pulmanologist tried antibiotics to see if I had an infection and I drank Kifir and made Borsht with good yogurt and ate good pickles for my stomach flora until after a month and a half she decided it wasn’t helping. Then I decided to cut out possible allergens so no more Kifir, yogurt, eggs, (no more French toast with fresh mandarin juice) or milk or mayonnaise (no more tuna with pickles and lettuce on organic sourdough sandwiches)🤷‍♀️ but I did eat some spicy pickles. My whole food vitamins have that L-Rutin you mentioned but do not say how much and also the 3 liptase, Protease, and amylase and B laterosporus which may be related to your magasporebiotic? The whole food vitamin is by herbtonics the label the enzyme and probiotics as a blend so I don’t know the actual amounts and so I bought some extra pills like the CoQ10 to make sure I got. Enough to help my heart-the heart blend has resveratrol too. And the molybdenum from Krebs complex and iodine. I’m mostly vegan now but I eat king Oscar Jalapeño sardines on sourdough, dried cocoanut shavings, walnuts & almond butter for protein. I eat avocados with 1/2teaspoon of Braggs amino acids and fill with lemon juice -and bananas. I’ve limited my diet. It’s been suggested that I’m allergic to mold because I get better in the summer. The county made me move out of my toy hauler and into the main house which is full of mildew so i cleaned and insulated a little ‘studio’ which seems a bit better but I’m still waking up gasping and coughing for an inhaler🙇‍♀️Please suggest a supplement regime to help me heal?🤷‍♀️ the only thing that cleared my lung congestion was prednisone which will eat my bones and so not doable🙇‍♀️this started about 3 years ago and I was tested for the virus a half dozen times before they diagnosed me asthmatic. Me I-just want to get well… do you think the magasporebiotic would help? I did try some cordacepts but it didn’t seem to help I don’t think I took it very long because the doc put me on that antibiotic so I stopped and never tried it again….🤷‍♀️

Thank you for this video…I was looking for the amount of Thiamax to take compared to Benfotiamine, and now I have an idea. It would be nice to not have to consume 8-10 capsules of Befotiamine when I could take maybe 2 Thiamax..or a few more. 😊 Benfotiamine has taken away a lot of non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy…decreased fatigue, increased HCL in stomach, and a general feeling of wellness while I am on Benfotiamine.

mag 300 for woman - 300-500 for men (you have to test it how you feel) Some do 600, its way to much for me for example. potassium 600-1200 or eat more foods rich in it - also see how you feel, if you get cramps it is probably one of them 2. my b complex is just every b vitamin 10x normal daily’s dosage. works for me

Had chronic fatigue syndrome for the last 3 yrs tried B1 had no success, after watching your vid & finding out there’s different types with different absorption rates going to try again.. I’ll be ordering some of your Thiamega & try that with some extra magnesium & potassium to back it up.. I’ll let you know if it works in a couple of months time, fingers crossed..

Hi Elliot, I have chronic Dysbiosis and anxiety, but Benfotiamine seems to be helping a lot on a low dose. However, the detox reactions are getting intense. Do you think it would hinder my progress if I moved to one day on - one day off (until I can handle more). I have already diluted the compound so it is more palatable

I really really like the fact you don't slander other supplement companies at the end and make the video all about a sales pitch, if anything this makes me trust your advice and want to try your supplement even more. One question I have is, I suffer from long covid/lyme/mould related illness. I'm not as bad as some and manage to function daily but suffer brain fog, and simply cannot exercise when previously I was military and trained in crossfit. My histamine levels are through the roof and I find that thiamine sets me off. I've heard that thiamine can eventually benefit my histamine related issues but how do you get over the initial hump? Thank you

Peter, don't know if this can help, I had a negative Lyme disease test after tick bite and got severe symptoms. After 10 years I learned there is a test for 1, but 41 extra Lyme diseases remain untested. I got the coloidal silver kit, 20 minutes reading, 1 minutes hookup, 2 oz. Daily for my one week challenge. Lyme disease symptoms ended in 20 minutes, with a shock. My heart fungal infection i later noticed was gone too when the tell tell vertical dark lines in the fingernails ended. May be worth looking into. MUST have guaranteed PURE silver, or risk the skin discoloration. My Lyme was so severe I would have been willing to have even that to feel this much better. Daily prevent colds and flu dose is 1 teaspoon it seems. I wish you success.

@@Peter-mo3pr , I went on line and researched, and went with 1 of 3 that would guarantee purity of the silver. Life-force/ EZ-2 Compact Colloidal Silver Generator Instructions. I wish you excellent success with your health. Do get an extra, a standby set of the silver wires if you can, our systems of shipping keep getting more iffy by the day.

I had Histamine through the roof. It took 3 days to feel better but I carried Electrolyte water everywhere to calm the Acid reflux that came from it. I was taking Sting Nettle every time it kicked in to claim it down but once I started the High levels of B-1 I chose to step away and to walk through the depth of it and made it through the 3rd day. Its 95% gone now and I'm on I think the 8th day.
@charlanpennington3989
@charlanpennington3989 Год назад
@@Peter-mo3pr i went on line and reviewed adds and stories, I chose Life-force EZ2. I'm so thankful. Next: acid reflux is from the esophageal sphincter not closing, from TOOOO LITTLE ACID. This sounds backwards but is true anyway. Over the counter Betaine HCL with Pepsid or without fixes it. Each body different. Some need once a day , some need up to 8 tabs for a high meat meal, some need 1 tab at bedtime only. At your dose an ulcer can heal by day 14. While you are highly stressed you burn magnesium like crazy and all body wrecks from deficiency so see vids like Dr. Berg on this. Best detox in my observation: Floressence Tea removes heavy metals and pesticides gently over 3 to 4 months or 4 to 6 boxes. Insomnia ends day 15 and anxiety and depression slowly dissappear over the next weeks . Floride water will wreck it 40%. Distilled water in plastic wrecks it 60%. So use well water or distilled water in your glass gallons from the water store. Drop lye dishwasher detergent NOW!!! You may use Bor-ax mineral if dishes rinsed before loading. B-ora-x heals a ton of stuff if the dose is high enough anyway. ( human studies using 1/8 teaspoon per 100 pounds of person per day. Usually in water split between 2 meals , but some sprinkle on a food. (I do for arthritis pain to zero, down from 9).
