- Use a strong rigid tape
- Start with an anchor on top
- Put the foot into dorsi flexion throughout the taping
- Apply 2 x Stirrups
- Apply 2 x figure 6
- Apply 2 x Heel Locks
- Finish with another anchor to lock the tape down.
