If you’ve ever found something beautiful in a thrift store but it didn’t fit properly, or maybe you didn’t like the shape, or maybe it was damaged in some way, fear not! These things can be altered. Here’s part 2 of how I flipped a too-big $7 thrift store dress into 1950s Dior-inspired bodice for a Christmas gown. Hopefully it will inspire you to pick up a needle and thread and play around with those pieces you never wear, and make something beautiful out of them 💖

Thank you! But it’s actually super easy, I promise anyone can do it! That’s why I made the tutorial, I hope that people watching will see that it’s pretty straightforward and even if there’s a bit of chaos and setbacks, that’s okay! You’ll still have something beautiful at the end :)
