How do you stop yourself from messing up your knees when you're doing this? I tried practicing it when I just woke up, and I realized that there's a slight discomfort in my lead knee. I imagine if more force was applied to it, it might cause an actual injury.
Why is there no turorial on how to throw the lead uppercut without the initial shift to the side… it can be thrown instantly from a neutral stance while simultaneously rotating the hips and slightly leaning your upper body to the left. Hardest part is explaining it to someone new. :D
