Finally no one speaks on the shifts this probably just saved my whole car lol I didn't know how much natural power a 2004 Lincoln ultimate has man I can imagine the future..
Thanks will try some of the advanced settings. About the only video showing anything besides flashing and getting the strategy code. Got a 2003 Grand Marquis and did a 91 octane settings but will try some of the timing advancement and others.

DriftDreams 242 hi I just install the tune an it just show for a crown Vic an 4.6L crown Vic tune but no egr delete an no tire revs an no speed limiters is that just on a custom tunes or it has to have a code out for it to find it?
DriftDreams 242 oh ok I understand now I found a guy that has custom tunes for grand marquis LS for $160 I might give it a try but just having a cal an true dual exhaust I feel a difference on sct pre tune on pick up an full Throttle an with 5mph on the shift the car pulls forward on each shift before it would take forever to shift in but wouldn’t pull on shift now it does.
Kool, so it will set rpm in drive position?? I use hand controls to drive, cant use legs, so when I drag race i'd like to be able to set my rpm to start me at the exact rpm just before the back tires start spinning, with this tuner I can do that, correct??
Bro. I have a question i bought an sct x4 from ebay its supposed for my 2020 ford explorer. But when i pluggin in the car it doesnt show anything about the car at all. It doesnt even read my car type.

I don’t care about being the fastest because there will always be someone faster but I just want to have fun driving my car. Do you think their preloaded tunes are good? I want to do a tune not sure if it comes with a 87 or 91 pre loaded tune and change the gear ratio after getting them installed. Was a bit nervous but feel more confident after seeing your video. And you can remove the speed limit, Geesh, I’ll keep the limit at 120 though don’t want to risk it. Subscribing and liking right niw
I just updated and unmarried one for my 2020 since I put 17s forgestar with 315 tires I don’t get the tirerevs option 🤔🤔 so I can calibrate my dash speed
@@DriftDreams242 Yes, I was able to upload a tune but I didn't have all the options to choose from. I have an 03 Marauder, stock except for a CAI. I just received my X4 yesterday and haven't driven with the new tune. I was just curious if the VIN being received would have opened more options. I don't recall having the fuel/Air mixture option or the option to turn off the traction control. I'll have to connect it again to see again what options I have.
Can you leave these tuners plugged in 24/7? Or will it drain your battery? I wanted to get mine hooked up to be installed permanently so I could have the gauges up on the tuner at all times when driving but just don’t wanna drain my car battery or anything

So I set my preferences I chose rpm, speed and a couple other ones. As soon as I shut my car off and then back on again nothing was saved. Do I have to change it the way I want it everytime I shut the car off? That doesn’t seem right. Someone please help me
Was almost why I bought it but you have to pay for tunes which sucks but everytime my car runs I don't have to clear a check light for the rear o2s anymore
Anyone know the purpose of adjusting the idle speed ? I have an 11 P7B and I've read that adjusting idle speed does something for better power or something I cant really find any good information on it really anyone able to help me ??
@@DriftDreams242 my idle speed on my gauges sits around 600-680? Is that to low ? Bc I've read that 600- 800 for the vics is good but do you think after I get the SCT tuner I should change the idle speed to 800

If you are asking if once you remove the tuner, will you have to re tune your truck. Then the answer is no, the scanner saves the original profile in the sense of the cars tune. So when you remove it, it will convert the vehicle back to the OEM tune.

@@DriftDreams242 Sorry for bothering you again BUT some geniuses are telling me that the new units and older units with new firmware actually lack this feature because of legal issues. Do you know anything about this? It would be pretty sad if I go out spend 400 bucks and this thing will be gutted.

I have a scanner that can remove the check engine light for having my rear o2s removed but I have to do it every time I start my car , will this remove them for good ?
@@DriftDreams242 great. I have an 02 F150 7700 4x4 with the 5.4 Ive done the gotts intake mod high flow cats and muffler delete. With this tuner would I see some noticeable gains with the mods I've done?
TehZured i didnt know what those options were for. When i loaded my sct tuner it was set to ford Non US 11 and prior years on my 2014 mustang gt i didnt mess with that because i didnt understand it but i have the speed options on my car
