❤️ this Joanna. Please could you do a tour of the weights section giving advice on how beginners should use free weights and not be put off by all the muscle bound types 😂 A demo of the squat rack and barbell bench would be a great addition too. Thx

Thank you for posting this! I used your tips, and it brought my workout to a new level! I felt the right burn instead of going through a bunch of sets and reps without feeling like the proper muscles were being targeted.

I haven't been to the gym in many years. I've been doing cardio exercises at home for weight loss but I've reached the point where I feel I really need to use machines for safe muscle building (less strain on my neck and spine since the seats support me while sitting). I've forgotten how to use these machines so this is incredibly useful. Thank you!

This was great. Thank you. I was thinking I had to go spend money on a personal trainer at my gym to show me how to properly use the equipments, but this just saved me $100/hr. Love it!

This video is the best. I like how she showed us to work different muscle groups with the leg press and lat pull down. Six muscle groups with 2 machines that reduces time in the gym. I will definitely add that to my routine the next time I go. Thanks new subbie and I am enjoying your videos.

Thank you, Joanna for making this video. I just joined the gym a few months ago. I like my gym alot except for one thing, you have to pay extra for a personal trainer. So glad to see this video so I can correct some of my posture on the machines. I've been strength training and been doing cardio in addition to cleaning up my diet. I've lost 21 pounds so far in four months.

thanks for the upload. I thought i was doing something wrong at the gym and i was right. I have a tendency to slam the weights back down, gotta work on my control. Your vid is also way more informative than any other begginers video iv seen so far.

Very helpful, thanks! I normally just use free weights but would like to vary my routine a bit. Also cook that each piece of equipment in your gym clearly indicates the target muscles.

Yup! ^^ I tried out most of them to find out which ones I liked and dislike; the only one that made it to the dislike list was the cycling machine. :P Going to the gym is starting to become a part of my weekend routine now. :D
