I've used that same pulley set during physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. Helped greatly to begin to break it free. I still like to use the pulley to maintain range of motion in my shoulder.

I had my rotator cuff tear surgery 8 weeks ago. I saw a patient doing this exercises in physical therapy place. I want to do this pulley exercises at home when is ready. Can you link this product to Amazon ?Thanks.

Focus on just letting your arm hang there and exhale your breath fully before pulling with the opposite arm.

Everybody has the title “doctor” these days. I have it twice: MD and PhD. But the problem is that so many pts think that the degree “doctor” is the same as “physician,” and even though professional associations condone the use of the title in pharmacy, PT , nursing (PhD or DNP) and others, as a medical ethicist, I argue that it prevents informed consent unless prefaced by “I am not a physician.” But in the end, why even bother with the title? I introduce myself to my patients by just using my name, thougnh in Germany I am “Herr. Dr. Dr. Professor.”
