How to use the FINIS Swimming Tempo Trainer pro, the South West Swim way.
We utilise the amazing Finis Tempo Trainers in many of our squad sessions. This small device can change the way you think about your swim training and swim development. However, this simple and effective device can be quite daunting to our new squad swimmers who have not used one before.
Coach Jason has put together a little video explaining how we use each mode, and how to operate the tempo trainer so you can get to grips with its purpose and basic functionality.
