Height is largely genetic, and in spite of what this channel is claiming (and apparently selling), there is no scientifically proven way to substantially increase your height after puberty. Good news is that you’re young. You could still very easily make it to 5’9 or taller. The best predictor is the height of your parents and siblings. Here are some tips that will actually work, and they won’t cost anything: 1. Eat decent food 2. Get enough sleep. 3. Stretch and exercise. In general, just take good care of yourself. The healthier you are, the more resources your body can allocate to growing tall. 4. Stand up straight. Good posture will add 1-2 inches. There are exercises you can do that will help with this. 5. Wear shoes with thick soles (skate shoes, basketball shoes, or dress shoes), they will add another inch. Sometimes two inches. Hope this helps. Good luck kid!

@@langers_3280 because there are gen z that are 6’4 and above on average nowadays i cant tell you how many kids its something in the food genetics is part of it but not a huge factor because i knew tall people with short parents and short people with tall parents. I consider 6’2-3 above average but not freak tall i would call it attractive height.

If your father is 6 feet yeah, you'll probably get a growth spurt in high school and another one after you finish high school. You'll probably just end up being 6'1 or 6'2

you can grow to atleast 5'9 or 5'10 i now what methods he used, include intense physical activity of any type which forces muscles to grow it releases growth hormone not only running, second, physical tension, tie weight like 10 to 20 lbs on your ankles and hand for as much as you can for like 8 sets every 3rd day not everyday due to it might cause pain and consume calcium, in russian school they lied down and tied their limbs from both sides with resistance bands according to the person and laying down for like 30 mins or more. good luck

Hi I am a 17 year old male and standing at 5’10 177,78 will I grow at 18 and possibly 19? I believe I am a late bloomer since I started growing significantly at 14 and also at 14 starting of development of facial hair on chest legs arms everywhere on my body my face. My mom is 5’5, dad is 5’9 but he was 5’10 before then shrunk down little and my grandma is 5’4 and she mentioned growing at 18 and stopped at 20 for good and my grandpa is 5’5 and my uncle is 5’11 and aunt is 5’9 I also have a little brother who is 5’9 to and 15 years old he still has growing to do, I hope I have all of their genetics to grow until 21 especially my dad is Jamaica and my mom she polish so am I and our family is all polish.
You can juat do micrifracture exercise like sprinting and hang your feet with ankle weight for 1 hour just do that 4 days aweek get sun light and sleep with banded sleep you will grow 12 cm in year . You can grow upto 6 ft plus. You just need to do lots of exercise like running, jumping, stretching and weight workouts. Foods are also important especially protein, vitamin d3 with k7 and calcium. Eggs and milk are must. Also take vitamin d3 supplement and if possible add boron citrate as well. Thats it!
I am 5.4(barely) years old and i am 5'4 can i still become taller? hair in my face or body grows really fast and its really dense and i heard that this is a sign of puberty at its end so can i still become 5'9? Even tho my uncle is 5'4 my cousin is somehow 5'10 And my father is 5'6(barely)

@@markv3065 I see, I think that something is changing within our reality. I marked 6'5 on the wall few years ago where I was practicing my leg kicks. Now few years later I measure where I marked it and it's around 6'2-63.
