Hi Dani, I’m Colette found you last night and I am so thankful I did, this humming exercise is very relaxing. I am following Joe Dispenza I Love him but having a hard time with some of his practices. Ive read John Sarno books and found it helpfulI understanding mind-body connection, I know this will help me I totally believe that but it’s hard to know where to start. hi, question when I hum I naturally do a louder humming sound because I can feel the vibration in my throat, but when I see your video and others the humming is very low and/or deep? should I adjust my humming..?
