Thank you brother, you are best.I never thought that I would have to learn English just to find repair information for my Husqvarna 440. Slavic countries do not use that rare and expensive tool.

Indeed. Yet, I just caught myself on a clogged clutch + brake not pulled back all the way (yup, dirt as well), and there you go. The same principles apply to a cheap Chinese chainsaw as they do to my father's fancy Stihl.

@@HanSolo__The same principles - yes, but gap between repair is waaaay less. I had Poulan 2150. 10 years and it is done. Piston and cylinder. I have been owning Stihl ms180 for 12 years. Not a single mending. I always treat responsible with my petrol- and electro- stuff.

Thank you for making it look so easy. I worry about some part of the rope being left behind?

Know this is 2 months old but I used this method on car engines for years. Use cotton rope, if any is left it simply burns up.

How can I get a new clutch hub

There must be a better way to stop the piston travel. Stuffing a rope in would, you think, potentially leave rope fibers in the cylinder and I don't think that can be good?

You can order a piston stop that screws in like a spark plug, be careful to make sure the motor is turned to the point where the top of cylinder is touching the stop before trying to strike the screwdriver. Oh BTW, the brake assembly is reverse threads.

What kind of grease did you use on the needle bearings?

Now how do you get the string unstuck?

Should the piston be in any position to start stuffing the rope in? Also, should the fuel system be disconnected (to not flood the cylinder) or is the introduced fuel just a little bit? Thank you for your videos. May I ask that you do a video of "how to measure all the details of your chainsaw chain" (pitch, tooth angle, drive angle, depth feeler, etc.). I am sure my owner's manual was a googletranslate copy/paste.
