I’m In my nineth week of recovery after complete laposcopic surgery. My surgeon did not mention anything about exercising. Only said I needed an extra 3 weeks for healing. I don’t go back til August. Thanks for the video.

I had abdominal cut hysterectomy. However after catheter was removed my bladder emptied out fine that day. It's 3weeks since op and my bladder feels full However struggles to empty out in one go. Comes out little by little. How do I manage this??? It's very worrying

I am not a happy camper. I had a hysterectomy four months ago and before surgery the surgeon said, to be "completely disclosing" that there could be bladder prolapse after the surgery. He did not give any information on post-hysterectomy exercises or what to expect. Right now, I do not have any leakage or urgency but there is a prolapse, I think. I am not a happy camper.

I am 10 weeks post op and sometimes have pressure when urinating and can feel the string of pressure more so toward the end of urinating. Also discomfort when deep coughing and or sneezing. Is this normal?
