Hello ka tomodachi! I have a delicious cake for you that is so much delicious to eat! You will enjoy the taste of each ingredient that i put on this cake.
Like other fruits cake that i shared , we will need to rest this for few days so that it will be more tastier! And of course i will assure to you ,that you're waiting is not wasted.
Pre heat your oven at 180 and 170*C if you are using gas,
we also need a medium size of pound cake mold.
For the dry ingredients = 100 gram all purpose flour, 85 gram of sugar, 5 gram of baking powder,
30 gram almond flour, 2 Large eggs, 110 gram unsalted butter, 60 gram dried fruits ,40 gram dried raisin and 30 gram nuts and you will need 2~3 Tbsp Rum liqour to soak this dried fruits, 50 gram chocolate
My dried fruits was not enough thats why i added dry raisins, But if you have enough dried fruits , omit raisin and make your dried fruits 100 gram.
For the syrup:
2tbsp rum, 2tbs hot water, and 1tbsp sugar.
