Good luck on fixing it. I replaced a lot of the engine parts on my old 78 Chevy van. I hope the cam don't give out like yours did. Keep up the great work and good luck with it.
If you go back to your video when you put the intake on it. It had a weak hole when it was cranking over. You could hear the difference in the cranking cadence.
@@area_61 just my experience, it was getting cold, 20w/50 seemed a bit much. Went to a 10/30... and after about 500 miles, cam was done. Over the last 2 years I'm very careful with oil in flat tappet situations.
