If I understand it correctly, the framework for the obsession to stop is this: make your brain realize that a reunion with your ex is definitely possible and nothing is wrong. What you must do now is live your life as if that didn’t matter. It’s a win-win situation: if your ex comes back around, it’s bliss or it’s useless, since you might have realized by now you’re better off without them. If the ex never shows up, you’re already living another life anyway and it doesn’t matter.

Bro she don't deserve you if you contact her ur a dick! You lost a girl wich dumped you for another guy and she lost a guy wich loved her! So st the end of the day she lost not you. You will meet a girl who will love you and won't dumb you for none in the world. The reason im watching this video today is because o was thinking about my ex aswell today and the reason was she texted me after 3 years o.O telling me how stupid she was for braking up etc hahaha she finally realized but its late now. So my advice is don't waste time with her anymore. You will suffer for few months or even years(if you wont find another love) its something normal. Be strong brother

Oh, the dreams... With my previous ex, I dreamed every night that she was cheating on me, or I ran into her with a new guy, stuff like that... I'd wake up all upset and anxious. Then with my latest ex (broke up with me 2 weeks ago), I dreamed last night that she came to me, wanted to make things right and start a relationship again. We hugged and kissed. It felt so real, I was so happy... Then I woke up, realized it was a dream and felt depressed as ****.

It’s been over 4 months since she broke up. I went to no contact almost immediately but I still haven’t heard a word from her and I’m very confused. This is a girl who would call me in the morning if I didn’t text her good morning or get upset if I didn’t go to her place to see her everyday. We had communication problems which caused the break up but I don’t understand how she could just disappear like this.

Same here man. This girl was head over heals for me. Everyone saw it and knew it. I took her for granted a little bit and had issues with my personal life in the background and she just left. almost 2 months and a half and no word from her. I feel like Im dying. How could she just leave like that?

Add me to list of those whose loved ones disappeared in an instant. In my case, she monkey branched me. Ouch! It’s crazy how the night before it was “I love you”, etc. Little did I know I’d read a life changing text the next morning, just days before Valentines Day. I guess she had plans with the new boo. I never saw the cold hearted bitch DNA during the previous four years. I suspect women who walk away do so because their next lover is waiting. I don’t think women, in general, leave to be alone or to work on themselves.

I'm in this boat too. I miss him so much, its been nearly 5 weeks and it still really really hurts. Everything I do, I have throwbacks of him and wonder what he's thinking and what he's up to all the time. When people say "It'll get easier, you'll get over him"... but I'm currently in that state where I dont want to get over him/leave him behind cos I still want him back... and he was my best friend. it makes it really hard when I'm sat at my laptop trying to do my uni work.

Time is the only friend I have that will get her out of my head. The only things that get her out of my head is when I watch both movies & tv shows I like, as well as when I'm working. But when I'm not doing one of those 3 things she just keeps finding a way into my head. Not only that I keep wanting to get back with her yet at the same time something in the back of my head is telling me I'm better off w/out her.

day 7, I tried to make grand gesture every single day, she called cops and was collecting evidence that I am approaching her, I still love her, but I am accepting that she thinks I am a threat and we probably will never see each other, she told me we are getting married 10 days ago, I am a mess, I am helpless, I still don't believe someone that loved me can erase me out of their life so easy, but she's not her and I am not me anymore.

Frank Liu exactly the same thing is happening to me. She hasn’t called the cops and I haven’t made any grand gestures, but she has amputated me like a tumour. That’s the hardest part - how she can go from cuddling in bed one day, to having no love for you the next. It’s cold, it’s harsh and it’s brutal. But it’s life.

In fact, the only person you can ever have full control over is yourself. Her actions from now are her responsibility. I don't know what she did to you but it's important for you that you go and live your life now, for you. If you take action you may feel guilt and you'll only serve to sabotage yourself. I really hope you put the energy into making your life better, rather than her life worse.

Jimbo Lowe That’s rough man. Let her be and cool off for the time being. Eventually she’ll start to wonder about if her decision was really the right one. You got lots of history together so I think your chances are big. My ex has reached out twice now, but it’s too soon and she won’t let me move on. The latest reachout was some weeks ago, she mailed me she needed my help (but nothing else in the mail) and tried to call me. She forgot she broke up with me and that I don’t want to be just friends. Felt alot like breadcrumbing or as she wanted to make sure I was still her doormat. Anyways, stay in no contact. I know the urge of reaching out first will be overwhelming, but try to do something else when that happens.

2 years later, I still think of her every day. But yesterday was a step back. A Facebook memory of her came up that I had forgotten, and I clicked on It, which l ed me to see her fb for the FIRST time in 2 years. And her profile pic is her and her partner she met straight after me. I felt so sad, the feeling of being replaced. It's been awful. It must be serious if she has made a profile pic with her boyfriend. She didn't do that with me in 16 months of dating! So I have some more work to do. I will seek a therapist. Being this reactive 2 years later is not healthy.

It's been 6 months since me and my ex broke up we just graduated high school back in May I know it was just a high school relationship but we were together for 2 1/2 years. It still bugs me that I'm still hung up about it. She started dating another guy not even a week later. It's even worse because I know that I am doing so much better without her I lost a lot of weight and even bought a new Jeep. It still just sucks I can't forget about her or move on. @@kungfukenny1540 ha! 3 years later…. What had happened? My ex had dumped me then a few weeks later she was showing up to places I frequented, and giving signs that she had missed me. What I had done was set my social media on private and it effectively gave her the message to bugger off. The mistake was that I hadn’t realized I had blocked her in the process. That wasn’t my intention. She in turn, unfriended me and blocked me back. I never heard from her again. Either way, I learned two things. Number 1: if you get dumped, don’t do anything that signals hurt. Number 2: women can be pretty selfish in that they’ll reject you and yet still believe you still owe them something and have no problem taking from you. They don’t operate with much empathy. You don’t owe them anything after they say you’re not good enough. Moving forward, make as much money as you can, have a really good pre-nump if you get married and don’t ever compromise with your happiness. The moment you give your balls away, is the moment you will be miserable in the relationship. If you get dumped for holding your ground, at least she’s not taking your dignity.

It’s now been a lil over 3 months and it’s hurting more and more i have arranged to meet with someone else but all I can think about is my ex my anxiety is going through the roof and I don’t know what to do at this stage it’s really getting to me

My unsolicited advice: Buy the workbooks from Coach Craig and learn. As you go through the workbook, watch as your anxiety dissolves and you realize you don't need "someone" in order to be yourself. Learning, as we did in school, removes the fear because we now understand the subject and have the needed tools to work with. Knowledge is power, Applied knowledge is even better.

I randomly called him this morning after 10 days of no contact. He didn't answer the first time and I didn't leave a message. I hung up and wrote up what I wanted to say in a message and called back about 30 min later and he answered. I used what I wrote to start the conversation and we talk for 3.5 hours. I don't know for sure, but we might try to get together on the 31st. We will see.

4 years later I’m watching this videos and realizing a lot stuff. In less than 3 weeks I lost my grandmother, my work cut my hours and my girlfriend left me with my unborn child. I want her back but what else can happen to me🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

13 weeks today since he broke up with me; and 16 weeks since we last saw each other. I thought I was doing well - I’ve been spending time with friends and family, busying myself with work, getting back into hobbies, eating well, I’ve lost 33 lbs. billz co honestly, I went through the same thing and it was so intrusive! I hated pestering my friends so much about it and I found the only way for me to stop talking about my situation was actually start dating again. It helped me so much because it allows you to practice improving yourself but also helps you feel wanted

The only thing I can tell you is don't try to forget her, don't push yourself to move on, just know that this experience is a part of your life and it makes your future stronger self. Over time, you'll come to accept what happened, and that’s when you’ll become a stronger person. Don’t run away from the sadness or any of the emotions you’re experiencing; feel them deeply and don’t deny them. Don’t doubt your own worth; the reason she left is because of her own personal and internal issues, not because of you. I think these things happen so that we shift our focus from external events and other people back to ourselves and loving ourselves. Try to work on self love, even if it’s just a little bit❤️

@@Rjnsg77 I really appreciate your kind words. I have been through this in the past with her we seperated for 6 months. I was ready to accept it fully and move on, she came back. I kind of hoping that it will be the same again but we’re older now. I am motivated by the fact I know who and what I want in my life. I’m almost 27 I know what I wanted in life. Marry her, have kids the whole lot. She said she’s never coming back and that she will happily see me move on. But in recently found old screenshots of our old chat when she ended it last time. Lots of similarities. I love her deeply, deep down I know she still feels something. Only time will tell. Hopefully time and space will help her miss me and realise that I’m the right person for her.
