It's always best to listen to your body!!!I used to internment fast but i habe just started eating norma.I can't tell you how shredded and less bloated i am!I have also been listing to my body just seeing what workout it wants to do.NO JOKE i have been the leanest and strongest ive ever been!!!I actully arm wrestled my uncle and cousins like 20 times (i lost to my uncle) but i beat my older cousins (who are WAY bigger than me)so it is always best to listen to your body!!!😊 Love from Florida 🌴

Omg I am so proud of u. I've followed you for so long before fox. Before u dated Kurt etc etc. U have done and achieved so much. Love ur wholefood creation dish. Sprints r hard. Cardio goes so quick. I'm a mum of 13 yr old and 3 yr old. I so get body changing once u have kids. Not just physically. Even running with breastfeeding boobs that r full are painful heavy and harder work. Fox is so adorable. Chewing on his spoon. Growing so quick xx

Thank you so much Sarah for teaching people to listen to their body. About a year ago today I was running everyday very hard and eventually got shin splints. On top of that I am a competitive dancer. I did not listen to my body therefore it took months for it to heal. To this day, by watching your videos you have taught me to listen and pay attention to my body. You truly are an inspiration. Hi Sarah! Wow! That bowl looked so good! I am curious though about the Tahini ranch. Do you actually mix Tahini and ranch dressing to get something so "liquid" (in a state that you can pour it)? The only Tahini I can find is very thick and I have to spoon it out and really work at it to mix it in my greens. I am in the US so the Tahini we have on the shelves here may be different than what you have in Australia. Thanx! XOXOXO

Fox is so focused ❤ I wish I had work out friends like you, fun!! I have a grandfather with huntingtons disease which is a mobility condition, it makes it hard to get that workout time or me time in general, or to just leave the house... Love the Sezzy bowl ❤ My fav Ive seen you eat is that pouched eggs, salmon, and sweet potato dish because you make fish and eggs look yummy 😋 I feel like all women need to be eating fish and eggs... Its good for your health 😊
