I'm also gwj workout person. Its not even week and I'm losing inches. And feeling energetic and lighter I'm sure i lost some weight too but I haven't checked yet

However, someone who is a bit athletic will find her workouts easy and sustainable. On the other hand, Growwithjo's workouts are great for beginners or for those who have never worked out before. Her workouts also target mothers after giving birth. So, yes, the intensity is low to moderate, making them great for beginners and postpartum recovery.

@@Simly99 I just started doing both several days ago, and before that I did them separately for about a month. As of now, I'm very happy with the results I see in the mirror 🥰 It's too early to speak about any results from doing the two workouts simultaneously, but I really just like that the cardio w/o (30-40 minutes usually) makes you sweat a lot, but is actually very survivable for people who are not really into sports, and Chloe's workout (a 10-minute abs in my case) is like a cherry on the cake after that - it makes you feel your muscles buuuurn. And after that I like doing Chloe's 5 or 15 minute cool down. A feel so alive and energetic after that! I've never really liked sports, and I'm far from being slim, but thanks to these two channels I'm now not too far from that 💃

Yes, I have watched so many shorts of hers, but I never tried any of her workouts. I was mainly doing cardio till now, but now I'm starting adding a lil strength training too (like 10 mins). So i'll probably try one of her workouts too. 💪❤️
Totally agree! Growwithjo's workouts are amazing-effective and so much more fun!💪I also tried her 7 different workouts for a week and they all were amazing. ❤️
Chloe tings workouts have proven to be useless. You need to strength train and be in a deficit in order to see results, and you won't get results in a week, try 6 months

Hahaha! Yes, it happens way too many times. It's so confusing to choose which workout to do.🫣 So the first thing is, you'll lose both weight and inches with whatever workout you do. It's just with growwithjo's you'll lose weight more and with Chloe ting's you'll lose inches more. So it's upon you and you should also listen to your body and see which workout suits YOU more.❤️ And if you want benifits of both how about doing Chloe Ting's 3 times a day and Growwithjo's for the rest of the days?😉
