If your in a rush I can understand why you'd make scoff like that. But I doubt I'd feel amazing afterwards. Batch cooking is the way to go. You will know exactly what is in it, the salt levels and sugars. And you don't need one kal spray on your bagel . (I know it's optional) the mayo already has 90%oil in it. Whole meal and complex carbs are alot better for you , sweet potatoes are amazing as a carb and it's slow releasing.

Thankyou for making this. I'm an ex driver, did containers for a few years and then moved overseas. Videos like this are helpful as they help young men be independent and take care of themselves and show them that it's not that hard to take responsibility for themselves. put the oats in a container and leave them in the fridge after you've made them till you set off 100% taste better cold than warm for a dessert after your meal try it.

I usually start the day off with a BP bacon panini or a Mac Ds egg bacon roll extra hash browns. Wash it down with a coffee. Lunch is usually a ginsters sausage roll or pie with a large chips out of whatever chip shop I can find. Dinner can be cod and chips or kfc bucket Burger King large donner etc. Only thing that will smooth me off at the end of the day is 2 glasses of wine then it’s off to sleep in me coffin.

I meal prep every day and got told by a fellow driver my overnight protien oats for breakfast look like cat sick😂 all the guys I work with live the burger van life style. Fuck that

Deady the preservatives ih half of that pre made stuff aint good for you . Make freash in big batches and tben split into sevetal meals stick em in yhe freeezer you will be a lot better off pal . And if your doing gym then you dont need to watch what your eating buddy. Dont be fooled by all that slim fast shit eat what you want in moderation tou your bodys needs
Hey Bro sorry to say this but I don't like porridge even though I'm Scottish I don't like porridge I'm not a great cook but I've been told I do a mean macaroni and lasagna there are other things I can't do I can't dance and I sure as he'll can't sing
