I Finally Try Webtoon!

I apologize to any of my viewers who aren't at all interested in this sort of topic. I was really excited about this because I know many of you have been suggesting Webtoon to me for MONTHS and I actually plan on checking out the webtoon workshop center in Seoul next month so I thought the timing was perfect! With that said, I have a BUNCH of videos on my to-do-list that I'm really excited to work on and show you (My only wish is that I could draw faster...lol.) I have lots of ideas that I'm eager to bring to life, and I appreciate all of your patience and encouragement! ♥♥♥

If you’re looking for more webtoons I 100% recommend Cursed Princess Club (don’t be fooled by the comedy tag, it gets very emotional) and Not so Shojou Love Story (the best romcom imo) They’re my personal favorites

The second I saw apollo I was like “hmmm I no likey what I see” also one of my favorite webtoon are True Beauty, nice to meet you, and of course lore Olympus. Right now is a really good time to read nice to meet you because it just ended it’s season finale and will be back in a couple months so it gives you something to read

Hades is just a dork with 7 dogs and awkward with pretty girls and I love that

Oh boi, I can't wait for Hades to find out about what Asspollo did.

OOH! Seeing the type that you like I definitely recommend: 'Down To Earth'. It about a boy that has been through many breakups and has just found a female alien that landed outside of his house. So, he welcomes her in and shows her how to be an "Earthling".

Fun fact: Hades’ dog’s name is Cerberus. “Cerberus” translates to “spotted.” Hades literally named his three-headed guard of the underworld Spot.

As much as I love the newer tellings of Hades and Persephone, the it kinda undermines the moral and point of the original writing, which we do have. The original telling does the opposite of what modern companies like Disney do, Hades is explicitly NOT the bad guy in the story, unlike what Disney will try and make you believe. Yes, Hades did kidnap Persephone, but only because he told Zeus he wanted Persephone as a wife and Zeus said to just kidnap her. After finding out the demeter is angry and not letting anything grow he tells Persephone to go back. The only thing that can be blamed on hades is the pomegranate seeds, everything else is explicitly Zeus's fault

Omg, i loved this! Lore Olympus was the first story i ever read on webtoon and i was hooked from then on. Hopefully you found more that you like. ❤ And i think you might like atleast one of these three titles. They are some of my favorites: down to earth, school bus grave yard, morgana and oz.

I have a couple recommendations! I’m very late to this video but these are a few of my favourites if you haven’t seen them already. 1. Cursed princess club! This comic is amazing. It ties in comedy, romance, and a pinch of drama. It’s set in a fantasy world made up of silly kingdoms like the Pastel kingdom. The main character is Gwen, the youngest pastel princess. 2. Bad signs. This is a comedy about 12 characters who are stranded on an island together after a plane crash. Each character represents the stereotype of each zodiac sign. 3. Idiots don’t catch colds. This is a bl comic on canvas. The main characters in this comic have sort of the same dynamic as Persephone and Hades. 4. Jackson’s diary. This is set in the year 1989, and is a high school drama-ish type webtoon With a paranormal Characters are all very lovable. 5. Everything is fine. This is a horror comic that leaves you even more confused after every episode. It’s set in a world where everyone wears a giant cat head all the time, but that doesn’t mean anything right? There’s certainly nothing weird in this world. Everything is fine.

You should read these “Flow” “Unordinary” “Room of Swords” “Lumine” “Tower of God” (Anime just released) “Lets Play” (Not on Webtoon but “Solo Leveling” is a god tier comic)

Oooh, girl. Sadly I do not read Lore Olympus, not much of my style. But I recommend "I Love Yoo" and "Lumine" I'm addicted. Maybe even "Eyes on me" but that's extremely inappropriate, heh. And if you do plan on making a webtoon just know were all behind you for support!

My favorite webtoon is called “Not even bones”, but I also love “Jackson’s Diary”, “Live with yourself”, “Demon For Hire”, and “Of Dark Lords and Cabbages”

Hey I know you maybe won’t see this but Gourmet Hound is a really good series based on tough life choices, relationships changing, and a lot more. The author did such a wonderful job and while I’m saddened about it being completed its definitely found a place in my heart and I hope the author will make another story too. Plus, it’s teaches and shows you amazing and delicious foods!

CASTLE SWIMMER! It's amazing! It's about mermaids and prophesies and the two main characters a gay, and you get so emotionally connected to them you might cry at a lot of points in the story.
