This has NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID SHOTS! It's a very old motorcycle injury that I have reoccurring issues..12 years ago I had a blood clot and used Lovenox along w Warfarin to help dissolve the blood clot, since then I wear compression socks to help and also had the large veins that caused blood flow to slow down that made my leg swollen ,removed ..years later in 2024..I got another blood clot ,most likely not being as active recently due to the Winter and sitting too much ..

Sorry you had the clot. I got 3 of them from sitting all the time, (when I was teaching during the 'covid years'). Keep taking the blood thinner and if you have any varicose veins, get them 'zapped'. Don't worry about having less pathways back to the heart. You still have plenty of pathways. As for me, no more problems, no more pain and swelling. Oh, and walk for a few minutes every few hours. I'm got varicose views and got a blood clot for the first time last year while travelling. What do you mean by zapped. Here in Australia I thought they cut and then pull them out. Ps have of my varicose veins died due to clotting. I thought that was a plus lol 😆

Here in West Virginia, my guy used some kind of a thermal catheter that singed the vein closed as they pull the catheter out. Glad you didn't have to spend the money😉

Yes they go in the vein w water and heat up the vein and "cut it" then mend it ,the other was pulled out it looked like pasta ....gross..lol@@cryptoslacker-464

Hi I had one as well, took me 6 months to get rid of it fully, while being on blood thinner meds. That was back in 2022, haven’t had one before or since luckily. Make sure you wear some sort of compression sock when flying or long road trips, to be on the safe side . Good luck with your recovery🙏🏻

My brother died at 44 from a blood clot that went to his heart. You're lucky buddy you caught it. I think it comes from sitting in one place (ie computer/desk/travelling in cars/planes too long).

Sorry to hear that! Yes it can be from sitting oo long..1 st thing Dr ask me..was you on a plane? Being stationary too long could cause blood clots ..Im doing another video tomorrow or next day on what does a blood clot feel like and what to look out for.

@@BaldadonisMike2021 I'm sure you are on a cholesterol medicine. I'm guessing calf pain? If this ever happens again, (not to get personal here on YT) but they can do a surgery where they put mini-strainers on each side above your hip (might be below). This way if there is a blood clot again, and it travels or a piece of it does, it will be stopped and not go higher up to your head and cause a stroke.

@@BaldadonisMike2021 We met before. You might know me from OGT many years back. I worked at York Hosp and Portsmouth Hosp as a physical therapist. Since you are on a what I expect is a blood thinner, you need to be careful. Any unusual or even usual ankle swelling should be reported to your doc. Also give yourself some calf (both) massages and press deeply and if you have pain, call the doc. I'm not a doctor, but I'm guessing the MC accident has caused something to not work right. (How's that for a medical conclusion? lol). Again, thoughts and prayers.......and behave! G.

I didnt know i had 1 in my leg then got on a plane, it ended up on my lung and i collapsed, it lead to finding a mass of cancer on my kidney...was the cause of blood clotting up. Originally it felt like i strained my calf muscle now i know it was the clot.

Oh wow! You are lucky you are still here ..how long ago was that? How are you doing today? My mom had clots in her lungs -she is not active with many health issues ..but has been on Eliquis for 5 years now and so far so good Very scary !

@@BaldadonisMike2021 2 years ago i collapsed, out for 20mins then woke up somehow, very lucky. Going ok today, im also on Eliquis, but have had small clot form on lung & back onto injections for 2 weeks to break it down...Lucky you got onto quick in your leg

@@BaldadonisMike2021He is talking about the mandated shots from C. I don't think this is the case with you. I have a step brother who recently got a clot in his leg from sitting also. He is a piano teacher so it makes sense.
