I think I’m going to ignore the world for a while too. I’m going to the beach ✌️

The second I read the title I was like, *”SAME Hindz, same.”* Lol 😂 There’s soooo many distractions happening and Spirit has been telling me to delete all socials. I’ve been prolonging that, but the calling has been getting LOUD & Clear. Tomorrow is the 1st of my bday month 🌊♋️🦀 and this time of year is always so Sacred for me that I’m ready to release all attachments again. Much Gratitude for that, and Blessings to you all over the next 6 months. 😘🙏🏾💫💚

Glad to be amongst community. I disconnected from social media about a month ago. I’m much more present🧘🏾‍♀️ and at peace. God’s voice is clearer without all the distractions. Im grateful for this time and what’s to come💗. Blessings to everyone tuning into themselves🙏🏾.

HINDZ!!! My friend we were on the same vibe! I literally stopped my day the other day drove down to the beach, got a room, got a massage, relaxed, got my nose pierced (1st time) lol, and just chilled alone. It was very relaxing! I just shut everything out. Those are the best impromptu trips!

Just found this channel, and I feel myself already more present and positive in mind and spirit. Social media was causing me massive amounts of stress and discomfort, mainly by comparing my life to others... But after watching your other videos, I realize now... My heart is a seed that they don't know about, and may never know about. If they don't even know I exist, how and why should they change my heart?

I needed to hear this today. Sometimes I think I have to be present in the mix when major cultural shifts are happening, but if I don't protect my own mental health I can't be truly present. A break to reset before taking the time to decide where to direct my energy is the right move sometimes, including now.

Deleted my socials and kept just RU-vid for content like these. So wholesome. Also, I feel so light ignoring the world, now the focus is finally on me like it should be..✨

Oh you don't know how much you've just helped me on my journey with those 15 minutes my friend... The past few weeks have been tough, one moment I'm fine, one moment I'm heavily slipping into the turbulence of emotions, feelings, and perspectives of the world. I was unrooted, un-present with my spirit and my loved ones, and my energy was everywhere but where I want it to be. I've been getting back up and this came at JUST the right time to hit the final nail in the coffin (talk about precision). I haven't truly listened to something so deeply in too long. I'm getting rooted and inspired now, and it feels incredible to get serious about it while havin fun with myself. :) Just in time to get back in the present and spend time with my boyfriend 😊Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, the passion and strength shining through your work never ceases to amaze and inspire. 🙏🌿Bless up.

One thing I'm struggling with is perfectionism. I'm starting a routine, going to the gym and educating myself this summer as a student! But I have this image in my mind of what a "successful routine" should be, with green smoothies and sunlight. But I realized that I'm doing this for myself I and I shouldn't care what my habits "look like", I'm just doing them!

I've been going through this phase of not wanting to interact, especially on Instagram. It's frustrating because after the pandemic, all I've wanted to do is become social again. But I've realized that I'm not ready and that's okay. There's so much good that comes out of staying offline and trying to find myself again. The internet is a distraction, and it's been blocking my solar plexus chakra.

I’ve definitely been feeling the same and emotionally I feel so checked out. I’ve been suppressing a lot of things and I need a day of silence to journal
