For all those who comment that mushrooms should be washed before use - fun fact: mushrooms are supposed to be peeled, not washed. Reason for it is the fact that mushrooms absorb the water you're washing them in, making them soggy and it will take longer for them to be properly fried in a pan - when heated they will release that absorbed water which will take forever to evaporate, meaning they will cook rather than fry. This doesn't apply if you're making mushroom soup obviously.

The pepper sandwich would be better with an orange, yellow, or red one. the green peppers are actually not ripe. the other colors are sweeter. Also everything bagel seasoning contains onion and garlic powders, in addition to the rest. The idea behind this sandwich is to not eat any carbohydrates from grain, it's called a keto diet, and not everyone thinks it's healthy.

honestly bell peppers are great for adding some freshness and crunch to a dish raw and roasted are a bit softer and more mellow, using them whole as you can see are so good for stuffing because they're so big and entirely edible

Well - whilst I have never seen a 'ramen sandwich', there is a very popular sandwich here in Japan called a 'yakisoba-pan'. In essence, it is the same thing. The noodles are the same and rather than sliced bread, it comes in a bap that resembles a hotdog roll. Do a search and you will find it. It can be found in almost all bread shops, convenience stores and supermarkets.

That fall apart softness of the bell pepper, happens when u bake it with some type of liquid or paste inside. I recommend a stuffed bell pepper (rice, meat of preferred kind, tomato sauce or paste, & cheese) I think u will love them

The idiot sandwich might taste better with a yellow or orange pepper because they’re sweeter. The green ones are mostly for cooking
