What's up guys, Jeff from Sorta Healthy here.
Unfortunately, today's video is not like any other video I've ever made. This channel, Sorta Healthy Trainer Education, has been hit with the invalid traffic bug. Many creators have been hit with this same bug over the previous months, and it can have devastating effects (discussed in the video).
My plans in dealing with are to keep doing my thing on here, I will NOT abandon the trainer education cause. That said, I will be diversifying what I do in terms of content creation.
I have created a second RU-vid channel, and this is something that I've been working on for a long, long time now.
That channel is called Sorta Healthy Lifestyle and the first video on that channel can be found here: • We Trained Like Bodybu...
It's easily the most ambitious project we've ever made, and I hope you guys will check it out!
We've also upped our presence on other platforms too! Jeff, at 33 years old finally has an Instagram and TikTok! Lol, its about time! We'll be posting more fitness, coaching, and lifestyle content on there, but in a shorter format of course!

You’re definitely making strides in the PT Industry. I’ve always wanted to get certified but never had any idea where to start. You’re videos have always given me the confidence and backing I felt like I needed to jump into getting a certification. Enrolled in NASM earlier this month. Lots of things to decide on and iron out, sometimes it gets overwhelming. But knowing I have one of your videos to fall back on never fails to help. Thanks Jeff!

Hey man just stumbled upon your channel and it’s awesome, very good information, I have a question for you , do you think it’s worth buying the elite trainer program from Nasm ? It includes Nasm-cpt, ces , pes , cnc , 4 certifications, is it worth it in your opinion, or would it make no difference from having just Nasm cpt certification only ? Sure I would have more knowledge with 4 certifications, but is it worth it in your opinion? Do you think it would help get more clients etc ? Thank you and keep up great work

Nah it’s probably not worth it. I’d strongly recommend just getting the standard trainer certification and getting some experience after that. Clients never care about extra certifications. Those are something to consider later on when you need CEC’s

Off topic but in my gym I've seen many trainers not recommending heavy strength training and building muscle mass for the general public. Even tho muscle mass is the #1 body defense and strengthen mechanism against diseases. Everybody needs muscle mass. And im not even a trainer! Is there not a personal trainers union or trainer advise in your employment you could go to? If you dont want to lift weights then your not a client for me.

I’m not completely sure why trainers wouldn’t recommend building muscle mass or heavy strength training but those are two things that are definitely important.
