Not ego lifting is the best piece of advice ever that I've noticed over the years many do (and myself included) briefly. It's all about focusing on ourselves like you said and not feeling insecure no matter what the weight is, just something that we can do that gives us benefits which is a different weight for everyone based on their journey. Since January 18th, I've been sober and doing 4x a week 80 laps, sauna for for 20 minutes, and some lifting and documenting it each day in my notes. Showing signs of improvement just over two months in and that alone is addicting enough and amazing to see how our bodies adapt and change when we stop doing the wrong and bad things and incorporate the good and healthy things. Much love bro and great channel and production quality too!
Thank you for sharing your story! I share the same thoughts about remedies, and have found this to work for me as well. If I slack off with routines and sit too much for work and don't exercise, the lower back pain reappears, sure enough. Hopefully this video will help more people in similar situations.
Thank you for this video. I suffer from back pain since I had my first child over 32 years ago. I've worked a desk job for over 27 years and notice the less I move, the more pain I feel. I'm going to implement these moves.
I'm a resident physician working toward becoming a pain specialist. I see and treat patients every day with chronic back pain. I completely agree that movement and core/glute strengthening are vital to maintaining spinal stability. I can't speak to exactly what happened to you but one of the more common causes of acute back pain in younger individuals is a herniated disc. In most cases, acute low back pain resolves on its own without major intervention. While I do believe that chiropractic manipulation could benefit some, I would personally be very skeptical if they told me that they could have me fixed in x amount of sessions or that I needed to be seen for the rest of my life. This cannot be predicted and in my opinion is a tactic to make more money. Overall, I think we all need to be proactive about our health and seek appropriate medical attention when needed
Hey 8 came to know about you from Ali abdal channel. I am currently pursuing in sports science from India. I want to know more about this industry and how it works. Is there way i can talk to you.
I came here from Twitter and im glad I did. One of the few reasons why I keep twitter around. I do daily walks and occasional weights with water bottles and it helps with posture and overall wellness. You've gained a follower in me. Thanks for this.
