My grandma lived to 104 - had a scotch highball cocktail (or 3) every evening…. Didn’t smoke, went to Mass every Sunday… my dad (her son), died at 62, just as his father had, drank and smoked, worked hard and lived hard, suffering the death of two children and the onset of his wife’s Alzheimer disease…. He died of pancreatic cancer exactly 2 months to the day he was diagnosed… I am now 62, never smoked, infrequently had a beer or wine, athletically oriented for over 55 yrs now, including playing D1 football, but still acquired diabetes-2 and now have CLL - chronic lymphoma leukemia… I’m convinced that you can do everything, every day of your life, by the book, and still drop dead unexpectedly… so, all we can do is do our best to show our loved ones that they matter to us, try to do good each day and each night, thank GOD (or the Universe, or whatever), for the days that were and the days to come….
Im so sorry and I know what you mean...I did everything right but cancer is damage to the mitochondria..I got Non Hodgekins lymphoma and almost 70 and can bet my mitochondria is damaged..no matter what I did with good food and exercise and fresh air and fasting somewhat......My friend has CLL and he was the poster child for health..Did everything also.................Now I take COQ10 and Alpha lopoic acid and PQQ,,,get more oxygen and excercise more and do red light therapy and I fast two days a week and every day for 16 to 17 hours...What my theory is that some of us have to work harder to stay healthy...Some people skate by but not us......Look into metabolic therapy for cancer if you dont know about it already...Prof. Thomas Seyfried...
Perhaps you can look into the Joe Tippins protocol using Fenben, etc. Also, Russell Reiter, Ph.D. on melatonin, and Methylene Blue, etc. Please, don’t give up!

I don’t understand all the negativity and hateful comments. I’m 63 and retired special operations aviator…..I’ve had nothing but positive results when incorporating his nutrition, exercise and lifestyle “hacks”. I’ve lost 62 lbs and my biological age is 54 and decreasing. I recommend anyone wanting to improve their health to simply try these techniques for 7 to 10 days….if it’s not effective then you will know. If you travel the world as I have (49 countries) you will come to understand we, the US, are by far the fattest and most unhealthy country in the developed world. Of course, it is much easier to complain and criticize…..it’s our national obsession!

Very interesting. But there is NO way I am showering first thing in the morning in freezing cold water. I will open my drapes to get the morning sun while I sip of hot delicious coffee.
It’s takes getting used to but feels amazing when you come out of the shower. Been doing it year round for over five years now and winters are cold in Canada 😊
Man I started showering in freezing water about 2017/18 and honestly I swear down it’s one of the greatest things I’ve done for myself, takes a little bit to get used to at first but soon your body craves and looks forward to it Feel amazing for it

Hi gary, my son has me watching you and changing my vits and using the correct salt. That being said i dont see anything on cortisol levels being 0.5. Thats mine. Its basically dead they say. Im on 10mg of cortef daily. What can i do to bring it back to life?

I just move here to AZ from Seattle area, where there's actually cold water. Ended up buying Inergize cold plunge, which I use daily right after my nightly shower. Nothing like ending a hot 100+ day here in AZ with a cold plunge!
I am 85 coming up on 1 year since my heart attack. All my systems are optimal and I look younger than this guy… I now take 17 or so effective and safe pills a day plus a quick sip of one.

My great aunt lived into her hundreds without any dementia. She did have a little arthritis. She was traumatized by animal slaughter blood stopped eating large mammals would only eat some modest amounts of chicken and fish. She didn’t like cows milk much. She did not eat much.

Certainly wouldn't recommend an elderly person goes out and starts lifting heavy weights. Resistance exercise yes - bands, TRX, machines, pulleys and some free weights under supervision. Certainly wouldn't recommend crossfit. You don't need to fast. Unless you have a medical condition you don't need any supplements at all if you are eating the right balanced diet. And when you start supplementing single nutrients you can create an imbalance of others. Also the best absorbed nutrients are in the natural state - in food. And you can shove the cold shower where the sun don't shine. Basically eat healthy and resistance exercise and you'll get all the benefits. Right about the grass fed beef though. Try recommending organic produce as well.
Cold water? Even a cold ice can trigger a bronchitis attack in me n I just got over a 2 mth pneumonia n collapsed lung n i eat healthy! 60 yr woman here.

I think this man has somewhat missed the mark. The two most vital nutrients that are needed for healthspan as well as lifespan are the Humic/Fulvic mineral complex and a good ratio of PEOs, essential fatty acids. The cells are made up of 50% protein and 50% lipid fat. Minerals are the currency of life and PEOs transfer oxygen from the bloodstream into the cells. Resistance training is the trifecta of both healthspan and lifespan to stave off sarcopenia which is muscles wasting away. That's where proper protein intake is important. You don't need to be a human biologist to know this information just a nutritional science health coach.

one thing covid has proven is most of the world is vit d deficient. Every person who died due to covid had one thing in common. Massively low VIT D. Makes total sense when you understand the multiple uses in the body that vit d interacts with. It also is now being linked to so many human ailments from immune issues to cancer.
totally agree. if you are eating the proper foods you do not need any supplements or vitamins. The best supplements are none. Eat properly and exercise and you are golden.

Yeah, people age differently for sure. I only rag on them when they think they look good or young. I love the look on someone’s face when they braggingly tell me they’re 50 and they look older than me and I’m 64. Have always trained with weights.

I been on it for over 8 months daily it is a game changer for training recovery @65 I can now train in a more aggressive manor several times a week instead of 1-2 times....(Table Tennis) @@LifeToYourYears
At 13:40 it says to avoid magnesium oxide… Sadly, this form of magnesium is in the supplement he sells on his 10X health website; Optimize multivitamin. I hope he’s aware of that.😓 I wish we didn’t have blind spots.😓

I am 74 and in poor health due to fluoroquinolone poisoning. I can't walk up and down a flight of stairs without pain and overwhelming fatigue. HOW IN HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO "STRENGTH-TRAIN"??? Not doable.

I can see that. But I think Grant Cardone is just handling the “partnership” with 10x, a business deal. Have listened to Gray for years. Don’t just take his word; do some research & don’t just take his word…. But you’ll get to the point to where you do just start taking his word.
