If she didn’t do it perfectly then no she didn’t She would have been terminated Example not fully extending her arms while performing the push up, having hands closer than graders fist width, not fully crossing the line both ways She didn’t show herself doing the whole thing
@@ThatLeoBitchLindaTheWolf oh that’s what you mean? I thought you were just saying we couldn’t tell if she passed or not from the short. I’m not an expert so I’ll trust your judgement. Perhaps they went easy on her and gave her a pass since she’s not actually in the military and seems to have just been making a promotional video of sorts
@@pyros4333 What the military expects is that you can perform the duties and fulfill the mission. A general fitness exam that ensures that men and women are fit for active service is not the only test administered to determine that. It really comes down to your job and assignment.
@@timosnieder4637 7:30/mile is a good 2 mile pace for average male. It is highly unlikely an avg male can hit this pace without some training. for female it's quite fast and especially impressive considering all the other exercises she already had to do. You can google runninglevel to see avg ability levels based on age/gender for just 1 mile
That test is no joke. I have a friend in the Army and he made myself and a couple friends do each part. We were dead on our feet by the time Sprint, Drag, Carry came around. Major respect for this woman and anyone taking this test.
Didn't notice the name , any athlete can handle this test. It will be tough if you're not used to physical activity. I can definitely say sprint drag carry is the hardest, and depending on your cardio, running a mile.
lol believe it or not it’s meant to piss you off when they say that. The normal reaction is for you to get mad that they are saying it then they will tell you to put that anger into whatever you’re doing. It’s motivation although you won’t know it until your done with what your doing.
While it doesn't work for everyone, it does for some. And there's something to be said for training under tough mental conditions. Because war is not kind.
I love how this video shows all the events and actually shows the run for some reason army people never showed the run showing the struggle of the run is the most important part of the video
If you look very close you did see someone running dragging their ass that's what you see in Marathon running or running the fat people the people that are out of shape Dragonair asses
@fishinak4life828 the vast majority of the Army is not infantry. Anybody who can run 2 miles in 15 mins is fit, and shouldn't have trouble training to be faster if necessary.
I think you not only past you killed it Warrior Woman! Look at your face when you really started to feel the burn. You found your happy place all us War Fighters go to succeed in spite of the pain. Well done! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿🇺🇸
I would take you at My Side going into any firefight over just about any Man! You Passed and you are kicking ass!! Showing them what any Woman is capable of!!!!! Stay Safe!! ❤️🙏❤️
@@muhammedlawanmusa5738 this is definitely more difficult. I’m sure a lot of soldiers fail… most couldn’t even pass the old one we did which was 2 mins push ups 2 mins sit ups 2 mile run.
i initially missed the part where it said “us army” and only saw south korea so i’m watching the video thinking “those trainers don’t sound very korean…”🤣
@@ButterMoney-ql8hk toxic work culture, a need to keep up with the Jones's to save face (plastic too) - better? Not on your nelly unless guns or food is your dealbreaker.
My sister is in the military here in the US. They didn’t split up by female/male it was based on battalion. So if your battalion was based on intelligence your minimum weight deadlift is lower but my sister who is in an engineering battalion it was based on that job title so I believe at least originally minimum deadlift was 175lbs. And you could do a certain number of pull ups or plank for 5 minutes. It’s much more brutal now than it used to be 😭
Women in the military are kinda useless no ? Unless its just like supporting via other sources excluding physical . I mean why would u want a lesser , weaker , smaller , slower person with monthly periods when theres the option of a person who doesnt have any of these problems i.e MEN 😂
I'm 63 years old, and can still pass a military PT Test. Its not that hard. I spend 23 years in the military and max the test every time. Just stay in basic shape and it can be done.
