Halo ppl! ✨ Welcome to my channel 💫 for today’s video, I tried the egg diet for 3 days without exercising or training. I’m just too lazy for that haha. I really didn’t expect that I can finish 3 days but I did! and it’s super worth it!

Weight: 48.4kgs (start weight)

IMPORTANT!!! I have tried this diet out before, and yes, you will lose weight in 3 days but you will gain it back almost immediately once you start eating normally again. Also, while I was on the diet, I felt really weak and light headed. I was also constipated & ended up having a bad diarrhea around the 3rd day of dieting! So, try it out if you want but it is not really a sustainable diet and you should definitely try out intermittent fasting instead as it helped me lose weight too, but without the yoyo effect.

this diet is not really sustainable and shouldn't be followed by those who are willing to lose weight. But for those who badly need to lose for some reason, try this diet for atleast 3days straight only and eat normal the next day because it isn't really good for our health.

a "healthier" way to do it and actually keep most of the weight off is to gradually reduce your food intake, 2 days before, replace only "lunch" with the egg diet menu, two days before - replace "lunch and dinner" with egg diet menu, then start on 3rd, i did it like that and my body had somewhat adjusted to smaller portions and i drank a ton of water. and after the three days - gradually increase food intake again - but add in exercise (e.g jump rope) the weight won't be gained back easily

Meal Plan Day 1 Lunch : 1 toast and 2 boiled egg Dinner : 2 toast and 1 boiled egg Midnight snack : Cucumber and yoghurt? Drink lots of water! Day 2 Lunch : 2 boiled eggs and oatmeal (3tbsp with 1 cup of milk) Dinner : 1 egg, 1 bread, 1 slice of cheese > make a ‘sandwich’ Drink plenty of water! Day 3 Lunch : 1 apple and 2 boiled egg Snack : Cucumber with yoghurt? Dinner : 1 toast and 1 boiled egg Drink a loottt of water! Done!! Hope this helps :)

To all teens and even adults out there, before trying out any kind of diet plan please please consult your physician first. There's a lot of fad diets out there. And yes you will lose weight but you will only regain the weight you lost once you came back to your daily unhealthy food habits/binge eating. The key for effective losing weight is improving your lifestyle and doing some exercise. I would like to reiterate the reason why you need to consult your physician is for them to come up with best diet plan that fits for you including the needed vitamins and supplements.

My mom still runs with a stick if I don’t eat😭 but she also tells me I’m fat🙂 I have lost 18 pounds trying different diets. I used to not move at all lol so eating less was the only way. But now I’m keeping my weight balanced. I walk and do jump rope everyday. I went back to eating a little more though because I work and I need energy. I’m going to try dieting again the days I don’t work. We can do this!!!

I wasn't looking to lose weight fast but wanted to cut down my calories. Thanks for posting a way to cut my carbs using eggs that wasn't boring or eating the thing at every meal. I'm not hungry or craving breads because you showed a way I could incorporate it. Thank you 😊

MY DIET RESULT: (4 Days) September 4 - 66.7 kg or 147 lbs September 7 - 57.5 kg or 126 lbs = 9.2 kg or 21 lbs D1: Green tea & Boiled egg (2) Chicken Breast (Fried) Grilled Pork & Vegetable Juice D2: Green tea & Boiled egg (2) Grilled Fish & Vegetable Juice Chicken Breast & Milk D3: Green tea & Boild egg (2) 1 Egg & Milk Pork & Vegetable Juice D4: Green tea & Boiled Egg (2) Chicken Breast & Egg (1) Fish and Vegetable Juice Green tea = Lipton Vegetable Juice = Cucumber, Tomato, Ginger and Water Spinach Hope it helps!

Alright I'm going to try this egg diet, pls remind me with your likes, thankyou :) Day 1 : 55.5 kgs ✅ (it was hard because i really like to have snacks after i eat 😂 but it's okay, I'll tried my best 💪) Day 2 : 55.1 kgs ✅ (i also exercise while i do this egg diet. 1-2 hours everyday) Day 3 : 55.1 kgs ❌ (I didn't do this diet because i have to celebrate my friend's birthday 😅 so i eat more that 900 cals) Day 4 : 55 kgs ✅ (I did this diet again, it was challenging too because yesterday i ate food that has a lot of cals 😅) Day 5 : 55 kgs ✅ (me and my sis made a cake, but still i do th egg challenge. I think i took more than 900 cals 😅)

1banana, 2eggs, and high protein soy milk. And at night one glass of warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar Don’t forget to exercise gently. You need only 50carbs a day. Or less.

I recommend if you don't like eggs, just skip the dinner and get a good breakfast.. Lunch try with red rice and curry...... Go for cucumbers as snacks..... Drink just a curry leaves tea before sleep.. You can reduce weight in a very heathy way❤️

I gained more than 6kg last year, and I am willing to lose it. I start today with this diet. Day 1 - 57 kg (start weight). Day 2 - 56.3 kg Day 3 - 55.6 kg Day 4 - 55.9 (I cheated all Day, so i continue with The diet) Day 5 - Day 6 - 56.4 (I cheated these days because of The period, but i wont give up, I'll start again). Day 1 (restart) - 56.1 here we go again 💪🏽 Day 2 -

Do not think of eating and food. Think of what time you should eat. I also went on that situation before but now I controlled myself. I'm 5'4 and 72 kgs on december 2019. Now I am 5'4 and 58 kgs october 2020.

I used to weight 49kg during my regionals competition in contemporary dance but went on hiatus after. No trainings, no dancing and whatsoever. I was very stressed out that leads me to stress eating. I went to a health center for my medical and saw my weight jumped from 49 to 62 kg. I need to lose weight or else i will not be able to stand on stage again.

You have all my support! I'm 1.55 and i weighed 60kg. It took me quite a long time ( about4 months) but now i weight 49kg. I want to reach 46kg but during the past few weeks i drank a bit of alcohol with friends, went to restaurant, ate some cakes etc.. Fortunately i do not gain back. But i will work harder from friday. Doing again what i did to loose weight. Zumba, eating healthy during the week and on saturday BIG cheat meal ahaha. Good luck

I tried this too 3 yrs ago from 64kg to 53kg with height 162cm..i saved all the step on my instagram for my hard work memories to diet lol.. It was very hard to be discipline but worth it now my weight stable in 55kg

i jus start my no carbs diet, and i totally cut carbs, it was so hard coz im a rice and bread person.. it was hard not to temp to eat rice when ur eating with ur family, it takes a lot of will power not to get some rice 🤣, the struggle is real.. hope i can make it

I read that only two yolks and 2-3 squirrels can be eaten per day. Girls do not sit on such strict diets. You are beautiful, if you want to lose weight, just do physical exercises, count proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Proper nutrition and training give a long-term result. ❤️❤️❤️

It's currently 10:45 PM right now. I'll start tomorrow and update this comment then. Hopefully I'll be able to make it. I've already survived 50 hours without food and only water and it was really bad. I want to do this since I'm really not feeling good about my weight. I pray I'll be able to get through without my parent and sister nagging me. It hurts hearing them say I should it while hearing my other relative say I'm fat. I don't show it, but it really hurts. 🤧 Anyway, wish me luck.

Diet is depend on someone's body. Some people can lose weight easily and some people need to struggle to lose diet. My opinion is please diet with your own style that can make you consistant and discipline to lose weight.

I'm 175 cm i started a normal diet 5 days ago i was 79.8 kg now I'm 76.4 kg i just walked 1 hour every day and i did a challenge from chloe ting 's program and the most important i changed my eating habits. I'm eating just clean . i'll wait until i reach 70 and i will try this diet

White bread contains a lot of calories in itself. Eating majorly just eggs and restricting other important source of energy doesn't seem the right way for loosing weight. Also you have skipped breakfast, starving is no option and it is always suggested to have a nice breakfast to kick start your day and a very light dinner, irrespective of whether you are dieting or not. It worked for you good, will work for others as well I am sure, but this diet can't be continued for long term, maybe it's best for 3 days.

yea it's bc of her water weight she lost a few pounds. Dieting for three days ain't gonna make u thin for too long maybe a week later you'll gain all that weight back

I don't eat breakfast and its nothing wrong with that. I'm doing intermittent fasting and i can only it for certain hours per day. But i don't think just because you skip breakfast its starving
