I still think that he still wouldn't get charges with a competent lawyer as there are two really good angles. 1. As a supernatural personifying a force of nature, death is a citizen of no country, nor is he bound to abide by the laws of mortals. I would question whether any court has jurisdiction to prosecute him. Possibly, the local courts in the territory of the bar fight scene have jurisdiction for those charges. Second, and most convincing: all his crimes were committed against an outlaw, wanted dead or alive by agents of the state. Was the wolf in the wrong?
