In Delaware the doctors are no longer in charge of how many pain pills you can get. The state legislature has decided based on which surgery you had how many pills are allowed to have, from what I understand the max you can get is 19. Even if you get surgery on your neck or back you're leaving with 19 pills. Don't try and convince me that they are not doing this on purpose so that people who are in pain have no choice but to try to find something on the street and end up dying from fentanyl.
