@@muco8669 Work towards having the mindset that you're the exact person that people perceive you as, because it will make you being 100% honest, transparent, and your true self
Your very respectful and don't beat around the bush... Some of us really struggle figuring out who we are when you never had structure as a child. But here iam 47 and finally found who iam.... BEEN through so much it'll no longer allowed to control me but if you don't stay focused its easy to let it slip in and try to convince you otherwise. Thank you for being a great mentor ❤️ I will continue to grow and follow my heart
@@moreadventure3627 it's hard I try to talk myself to believe im not always worried about something and I can't get 💔 it right but I'll never stop walking lol
I love seeing how passionate jay gets when he’s in flow. It’s my dream to have people in my life who i can have these types of conversations with, who get just as excited and passionate about them as i do!
"We're wired for generosity, but we are educated for greed." That just lit up my brain like fireworks! I never thought about it like that, but it makes so much sense!
I listen to On Purpose on the way too work most mornings. No doubt, it keeps me motivated because I am stuck as a 33 year old not doing what I love and consistently seeing people post their successes and doing what they love. I really hope I can figure a way out of my situation. Being depressed silently behind closed doors isn't great and putting on a brave face in front of family and friends isn't great either. Thank you Jay. These podcasts and videos are keeping me on a level.
I’m so late, but I understand exactly where you are. I’m 33, with 3 kids, and I’m still trying to figure out my purpose. I see how I want my life. I’m stuck on how to get there. So these videos are really helping me as well. I’m glad to see a comment I can relate no!
@@ashleycolvin1233 Wow! I hope you find your path! I wrote that comment 7 months ago, now I am in the UK and I've left Australia where I was full time employed and freelancing doing what I enjoy. Now I am unemployed, struggling to get work and back to square one. I've made a huge mistake and now I don't know what to do. I feel like the biggest loser!
Wow! Same with me. Never call yourself a loser! We all are trying to figure out how to navigate through this thing called life! Once thing that has helped me is realizing everything happens for a reason. You have every right to express your feelings and emotions at that moment, but never let it control you. 2023 is the year of manifestation. You made the courages decision to step out on faith and do something you love. So now that you know what you love, focus on that path. Everything else will fall into place. You got this! ❤️
@@ashleycolvin1233 Thank you! You are right, I also have a absolutely beautiful 15month old daughter, a caring wife and family abroad who all support me. I pray things fall into place 🙏 We live once and struggling at 33, almost 34 feels terrible. As you say though - Focus on the path and things will fall into place.. I'll keep manifesting and do my best to stay focused! Thank you!!
100% about the mental health crisis due to the exposure to SM and comparing ourselves, putting ourselves down, feeding our insecurities falling deeper into depression and taking us further away from our true selves. Our true selves which is simply to be free as we are, accepting that beauty is diversity and diversity is beauty. To not have to change ourselves to "fit in". The fact that these issues exist just goes to show the messages society has been telling us and conditioning us growing up, are all false and insecure. The furthest from truth and love. Anyone reading this always remember you are beautiful as you are, you are talented, you have strengths and weaknesses as do we all, and you do not need validation from anyone other than yourself! Accept yourself, love yourself and fill yourself with such confidence that NO ONE can take that from you. The closest and most important relationship we'll ever have with anyone in life is with ourselves and God/Universe. We come into this would alone and shall leave it alone too. So live spreading what love, and kindness you can, living your best life, and never forgetting things ALWAYS change with time. All is temporary. Wishing everyone much peace, love and good health
Beautiful takeaway: there is room for everyone in this world to be happy, successful, to receive abundance from their passions, to live their purpose, and to serve others. There is no cap on that! ❤️
His philosophy of detachment reminds me of the Royal apostle of Imam Ali A.S "Live in the world and don’t let the world live inside you, for the boat can sail on the water but if the water comes in boat it sinks." I always keep this farman in my mind.
This is the most incredible, honest, open & inspiring conversation I've been privy to. I feel as if I've finally discovered my tribe & now know without a doubt what direction I need to go in. Thank you gentlemen, from the bottom of my heart for your candid vulnerability. You've empowered me 💪
I've been having a hard time managing my depression in the last couple of weeks, especially around motivation and energy. I finally said "no more, I have to change this cycle." I appreciate a lot of what you shared through these videos. I found myself resonating with many of the things you spoke of. Admittedly, I've not listened or read a lot of your stuff but it seems to be what my soul is wanting to hear right now. Thanks!
Take a pen and paper and be ready to write down one of the most powerful affirmations I have ever heard, as well as eye-opening truths about society we live in and are pushed to go through against our core will. Thank you both for an inspirational interview 🙏🏻
I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. ru-vid.comUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!
I loss my adopted mom recently now parentless I know personally how this feels. The yearning, painful crying, and deep grief of severely missing craving my moms and/or dad’s love.😞😢😞 I even find it at times hard being here, my sincerest condolences to you. @Grace I’m very sorry for your loss…🥀
Guys like Jay, Tony and many others are the push back to the digital times. It's quite profound that there's always this calling to fill a space some people step up to. Navigating the mental and finding purpose in a runaway digital existence is totally relevant.
Ever since i subscribed to your podcast I've seen tremendous growth in myself. Thank you for sharing your own personal experiences that allow others to grow with you daily :)!
Such a shame that 'this' is not taught in school. why don't we learn how to get to know ourselves, how to find purpose, how to be better people for ourselves and others, why do we all struggle with so many of the same problems but don't talk about them and work against each other instead of helping each other.. thank you so much for this very inspiring video. I will do my best to implement this in my life and share it with others ❤️
I am just so loving this podcast. I enjoy listening to Jay interview others but oh man when he's the one in the hot seat it's even more awesome. Thank you Jay for sharing your insights - truly valued.
The old adage - what did you love as a child? That is your clue. I loved animals and art. But I was advised that I had to be able to earn a living, so I needed skills. I got them and they served me well. But I was "adulting" which was important. My children are grown, my marriage is long since over, and I am doing the thing I came here to do. My life feels so much more fulfilling than ever. Demand the Universe shows you your path, then get quiet. It will come.
This video is so rich. My second day watching this one in particular. Thank you, the gratitude in my heart for you as an incredible beneficial presence on this planet can not be expressed in words.
How can you not feel motivated just hearing the passion here, oh and the compassion too. I just subscribed. For over a year now, I have a daily 8 PM reminder set to give gratitude to someone from my day. I stop everything and it takes about 60 seconds.
Thank you Jay for all that you are and do ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤and so great that Lewis and Rangan, some all my favourite people in the social media world are in this GREAT VIDEO . Thank you gentlemen 🙏❤⭐🙏❤⭐🙏❤⭐

That bit about social media and negativity, blows my mind. Its a huge reason why i dont use instagram and face book. its just why would i chose to hurt myself? i know when i open the apps i get insecure so why would i download the apps that hurt me
