IGNORING MY DOCTORS ADVICE//bipolar?! is this relapse? 

Hi Guys!
sorry I was a little MIA last week, this video will hopefully explain this though.
At the moment I tend to be doing more 'story time'/'discussion' orientated vlogs, just because I have a lot on my mind and just feel like chatting about it and talking it through with you all.
I'll will be back to the 'day in the life' and 'food diary' videos real soon though :)
I hope you manage to take some comfort from this video, or find it an interesting insight into a little bit of my life. Let me know what you think and if there is anything you'd like me to talk about or give my opinion on/any advice in another video :)
