Immunoadsorption (IA) is a blood-washing procedure, predominantly used in dialysis centres in Germany, for a variety of autoimmune disease. In the last six years, IA has been used in Germany for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and has even been studied (see link below). But what is it actually like to experience this treatment? What kind of results do patients reports? In this video, we explore some anecdotal reports of patients who have used this treatment, both positive and negative reports. This video is also relevant for Long Covid and POTS.

Thank you for all your videos Patrick. They are the most informative I have found so far. Shame these treatments are not in the UK and other countries

Thank you for the kind words and I agree. These treatments should be available as a matter of course for ME/CFS patients for free on national health systems, just as those with other serious chronic and other illnesses have big-deal treatments on offer for them.

Thank you so much for the words of support and for the encouragement to do a video on natural healing of AABS. I will try to get that out in a couple of weeks.

I have long covid for over two years now and have horrible symptoms.... Brain fog, memory loss, skin rashes, extreme chronic fatigue, stubborn athletes feet infection, daily chest pain etc.... I have had 4 Eboo treatments done in the past 60 days.... It made me feel better for a while, but didn't last very long until symptoms returned..... Thanks you for the video info!

USA,here ..I ve not had plasmapheresis, but several people in FB pots group have had it .. I often hear of their horrible side effects ..I also hear that for the ones who do get past the awful side effects and they gain some health back and feel better ,the plasmapheresis does eventually wear off and they have to take another treatment

Thank you for sharing that. The risk of bad side-effects from these kinds of invasive procedures and the gamble of whether they will work long-term is certainly off-putting.

Maybe at some patients cryoglobuline like antibody occur, and If body temperature decrease they act like cold agglutinine (?)

Like in Waldenstrom syndrom higher level of IgM can increase blood viscousity especially If blood temperature decrease.

May be NAC (N acetylcisteine) can decrease blood viscousity (?)
