In this video, I have discussed Impact of stalled real estate projects on real estate India, impact of stuck real estate projects on Indian economy and measures taken my government to revive stalled residential projects
There are over 10,000 real estate projects delayed with more than 4 lakh units still under construction and 2.5 lakh families waiting for possession of their home. If these stalled residential projects are completed then it can help in solving the problem of rising property prices in India and will also give a massive boost to Indian economy. RERA and SWAMIH fund was established to complete under construction properties and now Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs had setup a committee to recommend solutions for reviving stalled real estate projects in India. I have covered the recommendation of this committee.
