I have real trouble maintaining the first exercise as my hamstrings starts to tighten and really hurt

Take it slow and do what you can. Discomfort can be a good thing but pain is always bad!

In lunge poses, are the feet suposed to be hip distance or closer? Sorry I know there're not lunges in the video but I've had this question bugging in my mind.

How often would you suggest doing this workout in a week?

We recommend doing yoga at least 3x a week, generally. So if you're mixing things up, try doing this one at least once a week.

Great exercise but I have feedback. Really , really, really hard to find a flow due to how much instruction is coming after the exercise has already started.

thanks for the feedback! Our workouts focus on proper technique. Without instruction, well, you won't have it. And then you won't get the most effective workout, you won't build as much strength or flexibility, and worse, you might end up getting injured. So: More instruction > getting annoyed by too much talking And if that's not you, totally understand :-)
