this show is top tier im so thankful i was able to see this on live tv when i was younger who would have known so many huge stars today would have all came from 1 show so grateful i had a chance to this show in real time #legendary
Honestly I think they could run this show today and you'd have one group offended at the jokes and another group offended that it's too "woke". And the rest of us just trying to enjoy it for a laugh 😂
I miss real comedy, These are awesome! Gen x rules! Best times ever! Our child hood from the 70s to the 90s had the best tv and funniest shows that would never have happened before or after. I am so proud to be my age. My kids wish they were alive when I was and that says something about the life we had. Good or bad our generation was the best time ever. And most our parents sucked but life for most of us was epic! Rock on brothers and sisters! Enjoy reminiscing! ❤
This show was such a staple. So funny. But this Arsenio Hall skit, he looked and sounded more and almost exactly like Chris Rock lol. All I kept seeing. But In Living Color forced SNL to change there style of comedy because In Living Colors comedy was new and refreshing
Maaaaan the Arsenio skit with the Dogs in the crowd and the woofing you can hear throughout the skit, the Arseniooooooooooyoyoyooo intro and the Pope shout out! All that had me laughing so hard. Nailed that entrance perfectly
GreT. I don't remember the first episodes that I saw -- out of about 1/3, at the time, in my 20s -- but these are funny. Of course many of these actors have gone far.
I was singing along with the theme.. and was very pleased this series paid tribute to the late Robin Harris. Sadly.. now too many pander to Farrakhan.. instead of making fun of the racist fraud he always has been.
I didn't know it at the time, but it's interesting now to see the Fly Girls doing dances that incorporare actual hip-hop dancing, traditional African dancing, and modern dance all together in entertaining, allbeit short, routines.
What was the main reason that they are not going to help Captain Kirk (Jim Carrey) out for? Are they annoyed that he gave them commands? That's where Louis Farrakhan (Damon Wayans) took the Enterprise away. At the 18:47 mark, Farrakhan orders Kirk to leave. This never happen in the original series in the 60's. I imagine that Captain Kirk will say, "NO! I WILL NOT!"
SO dam underrated as a show, hilarious,, but it shows how we can grow, I did think it was too Afro-centric in my teens & it seemed ghetto, but wow, was I wrong about this &;2 live crew & 1st amendment, I forget that band but w Ice Cube & that movie abt them, Easy E, GR8 Story & Movie, No Vaseline is 1 of my Faves
She wasn't a dancer until season 2 or 3. And she was pretty average looking. She had a nice but. But seriously I can find ten hotter PR girls in every city on the east coast.
