I own both a 2019 eco boost and 2021gt I love the ecoboost and put some money into it and it’s react to mods quicker than normal aspiration car but I love that rumble of the gt
It's cool and I know it's fast but it takes a good bit to get to this power level in an eb. The powerband won't be anything like a boosted coyote and neither will the sound. As far as pure speed yea I'm sure it moves. Props to him for taking a different route.
Not sure how that would happen if they both have 700hp the V8 is going to make way more torque & HP down low giving it the advantage .having more average power is what helps one car over the other given the same traction in a race..unless there was some massive weight advantage..?
@@markim5087 The turbo 4 will make way more torque down low. Combined with the weight advantage it should take the V8 easily. V8's in these cars don't make good torque.
How does live tuning work I’ve been wanting to do this with Adam but I don’t know how it works do I need to find a dyno and rent it for couple hours or how?
it sounds like a 100 bees stuck in a coffee can ! sounds as if something is about to fly off when it’s at part throttle lol..but hey they say the same about the 3.5 and I love mine..
Hi, I'm from Puerto Rico and I'm a faithful follower of yours. I even bought an ecoboost of the same color as yours. Mine is 2015 automatic transmission. I want to ask you a question. Currently, mine has a differential 4.09, cold ram intake of 4 "ares, pressurisation CVF, CVF Race intercooler, blow off turbosmart, 3 ”downpipe Without CVF catalytic, BMR crandel lock out kit level 2, blue ring fuel pressure sensor, valve cover breather, JTL 3.0 oil catch can, clean 3” muffler pipe and throttle spacer Steeda I am thinking of buying the SCT X4 how much horsepower do you think could be taken out of it, I would like you to tune it in yourself I already found the folmulary on the internet, thank you very much for your time in answering
What kind of wear do you see on the tires from the dyno? I’m doing 3 pulls this weekend, and I just got brand new nice summer tires on, and I want as much life out of them as possible.
Almost no wear, the dyno puts less strain than the actual road itself, I think like about 2000lbs of resistance vs the 3,600lbs the car sees on the open road
#watchmyeco I currently have a 19’ mustang ecoboost with performance pack, and I have a couple bolt ons such as intake, inner cooler, charge pipes, no mufflers, straight piped, and no tune. My question is, what mods do you recommend me doing next !??
If the exhaust was mounted differently. It changes the tone and harmonics of the engine. Hence why this car sounds like a fart tuba. Glad the platform is finally getting the respect it deserves.
Why stop at 750hp when could just swap in even stronger engine and go even higher numbers. It is not like you still have original block of Ecoboost Mustang, so at this point it doesn't really matter what block you use as it is has no longer original engine block either way.
If you gonna swap the engine in an ecoboost mustang you might as well get the v8. It's not about tryna make the most power and be fsster. It's about making power with what you got.
