The Night of the 10,000m PBs, really needs no introduction. It is the best race that exists in today's athletics space, showcasing the best of British 10,000m running in a one of a kind format. The atmosphere was electric, as always - this race gets better every year. My favourite running event ever, enjoy the recap!

Looks like a really cool event. Congratulations on the qualification! Looking forward to your coverage from Paris. I'll have to see if I can follow it somehow from this part of the world. On a side note, I enjoy seeing your clips of your local area. I once lived in Reading and worked in Bracknell, but I don't recognise any of it. That was all well before you were born - so much has changed since then!

Well done - great run & video and good luck in the European cup race. Couple of random status. According to our algorithms on runbritainrankings that was your best ever performance (taking into account conditions as well as raw times) and, all of the runners in all the 10000 races male or female, you were 4th best on performance versus prediction. In other words, you certainly peaked very well for this.

Of course you'd have been burning brighter so have less left at the end BUT curious how you think the psychology of hanging-in-there vs pacing yourself would have worked 🙂

Awesome race, Phily! Congrats. 25 laps of a track at pace looks painful 😨😨 I noticed you use your asthma inhaler… would love you to talk about asthma in a future video. As a sufferer myself, it’s really hard to find advice online in regards to running. Some say to take the blue one half an hour before a race but you looked like you had it immediately before. Any tips would be great!

It's the best run in the uk. I'm from Newcastle and we have the great north run and it's the best atmosphere

you cook your eggs too hot. turn down the pan a bit, they will take a minute or two longer but will come out much better, more spreadable on your toast.

Ventolin does not contain steroids, it’s not tasty either, but having been asthmatic since I was 7 yes I’m not concerned about including that in the video…
