Installing Openpilot on EON Gold DevKit

Here's how to remove chffrplus and install openpilot on the EON Dashcam DevKit! The EON, along with a panda and giraffe will allow certain cars to self drive. (level 2)
The EON is sold as a dashcam, and must be modified to run openpilot.
