@@andrewsparkes8829 it's one mana, with haste. And I would recommend grapeshot instead of boros charm and fist of flames. It's safer to do that.

@@aaronscott7467 Once you've declared attackers, you cannot declare attackers a second time. So you've missed out on an attack, so will not get half of the intended damage through. Also, it's called a joke.

This deck seems really fun, I'd love to see it played either on stream or as a much abrew! So many cool moments possible with it. Having only 1 Sunforger in the deck seems risky, though. If they discard/counter it, the combo's dead forever!

The combination of a fair stoneforge package and a nonsense sunforger combo seems pretty sweet for letting you choose whether to play the combo plan or fair plan based on matchup. Though competitively I prefer that mix of plans in counters company this much spicier.

I wouldn't be super excited to have a combo dependent on a 1 toughness 1 drop, but the fact that you only need 3 mana to go off means this could be a turn 4 kill if they don't leave up interaction for a Sunforger or Fervent Champion, right? Admittedly, the list of modern decks that aren't playing Lightning Bolt, Thoughtseize, or a counterspell are pretty slim, but you never know when you might catch an opponent sleeping.

I quite literally played a version of this deck with Karn the great creator and eladamris call as extra tutor earlier this week.Got matched up against tron twice and lost but did destroy infect 2-0 and scraped by scapeshift with wrecking ball.

You can't rely on it, because you can only put in four copies, but I agree. That card turns a tricky combo into an insane one.

True. Tbh moon and sun into inf mana morph into grape shot? Would go r w dump black except for sideboard tech. It's a t4 format atm. Aggressive mull till you see the combo or a way to get it

There is a combo that is way easier to pull off: Repeated Reverberations into Manamotphose into Repeated Reverberations into Repeated Reverberations into Boros Charm for 28 Dmg

Yeah, if you have enough mana (I think you need six) that's an easier way. The first way works with only three mana to start.

this deck is awesome, but i wonder if the combo is really worth it. sunforger and fervent champion just seem to me like pretty decent cards, and can compliment the fair stoneforge plan. it might be better to just add some unearths for redundancy and play sunforger as an instant toolbox. reverberations into boros charm is already 12 damage to the face. do we really need the manamorphoses and the ritual?

Yeah, I could see playing two, but it's not a card you want to draw multiples of since it's pretty bad outside of the combo itself.

If you stoneforge a sunforger onto fervent and use desperste ritual and manamorphose into chance for glory and angels grace you get to do multiple iterations But there are so many modern decks that just thrash the shit out of this idea.

Based on the loop described, fervent champion will USUALLY have trample when attacking, so blocking it is a moot point (after comboing off its like a 15 power trample double-striker). The combo is definitely fragile and janky though :) perfect for this channel lol
